They were good, like a dumbed down version of Charlie Brown. Haven't read them in years, probably still enjoyable, though they are very Reddit friendly and he made that entire Rowley spinoff book over Reddit fan-theories. Honestly, he should have just aged Greg.

Completely out of order. The first few DOAWK books were fine, but even 12 year old me noticed a pretty drastic drop in quality after the fifth one
