Is there anything like this idea?

I want to make an app that you pick from a list of like 256 characters, and then you create a custom group of like 6 of them, and then you select like a fantasy year of the calendar.

And the app basically generates using their astrological birth dates, numerology and chinese zodiac of their birth dates.

And the app generates a sort of basic chapter of some pages.

But I don't mean a VN.
I mean a final text is composed from hand crafted sentences.
