Do you guys ever check out little free libraries
>>24952635Used toThe books get moldy
>>24952639use an ozone generator on the books to make them unmolded
The one I usually check got destroyed by some third world wildlife
there's one like 100 yards from my apt. I've never looked in it
>>24952645>wildlifelol
>>24952659Free books and you're just letting them sit there? baka
scored an nyrb edition of henry brulard by stendhal not long ago. mostly mills & boon though.
There’s a lot of these where I live and I have never seen anything worth reading inside of it.
>>24952691Pmuch this. I look at every one I come across and it's always a couple "off-brand" children's books and pop education or political books.
>>24952736>>24952691take a book leave a book bros, this one had Pynchon in it BE THE CHANGE
>>24952691pretty much, there's no reason to not go to an actual library and read something of actual quality
>>24952635On a cute little getaway with my (now ex) gf we came across one. Most books were run of the mill stuff but I got Manwatching by Desmond Morris from it. Was kinda sad I didn't have any to leave behind though
Someone put the bell curve in the free library infront of the credit union I go to and someone grabbed it before me
There's one at my community centre. A good half of them are random romantic crime fiction from my mom.
>>24952635i appreciate them but often they are placrd where they don't need to be, like down the road from the library
i just steal from them and put back only one copy of 48 Laws of Power in it
They are always full of crimeslop, romantasyslop, or kingslop.
>>24952635yeah they're full of qualityslop
>>24952635There is one in front of the school where I am starting my rounds, so I can check it from time to time. There are usually some interesting older titles. I would read them, but I have nothing to really put there in exchange.
>>24952635I tried to use these to redpill normies on why mutilating babies is evil and retarded.
>>24952635>find little free library>take book >leave book>???>profitnever pass one by without checking for rare copies and first editions
>>24952635There's apparently several near me, but I keep forgetting they exist and never keep an eye out for them.
>>24952635I haven't find yet a intresting book to read from these things
If you ever got a good book out of one in west philly it was probably me who put it in there
>>24952635I put Orbit #10 in one because I wanted to buy a higher quality copy for my collection.I also put an unread copy of the Man who fell to Earth for reasons I won't go into.
>>24952635when I get the chance
>>24952769pinchone is woke garbage for midwits
