That’s basically about it and they are setting up their own chip lines themselves along with the Chinese who have no qualms about selling those future chips to Russia. Russia can pretty much make anything else it needs and has revamped its machine tool industry since 2022. They dont make large quantities of cheap consumer electronics not because they can’t (the hypersonic missiles and shapeships they make are more advanced) but because its always just been cheaper to buy them from Asia and wouldnt have been profitable to set up factories in Russia.
