I understand that the current culture of the Church's pastoralism is vagueness and ambiguity but you joining me as a self-seeking disobedient whore after his own thoughts, ends, and mental farting isn't going to help anyone. Was Rahner heretical? It's of course a grim possibility but also the Church doesn't speak on this authoritatively. Heresy is obstinate refusal of the Church's teaching not failing to foresee every single development of Doctrine. Even St. Ligouri had propositions condemned by the Pope. The point is that we shouldn't do word-association purity tests and though it is funny to do this at times, when many Catholic laity do not follow Humanae Vitae, there is still a need for radical obedience and not pretending to be our own bishops.
