Every President since FDR nonetheless serves as a version of him, hoping to simulate what was in him original. Practically, what this means is being a caretaker of FDR’s reforms (Medicaid/Social Security/Post-War World Order). The legislature essentially has no real purpose, because FDR basically nailed it. The legislature only job is to simply continue increasing the number of people overseen by FDR’s policies, and taper it back when it’s too “excessive”. Naturally, if the government’s job is basically “Be FDR Forever”, basically, the only real thing for government to do is figure our what FDR would do in response to novel situations, like new technologies or unprecedented jurisprudential issues. The judicial system’s job in this zombie FDR land is basically to stop Presidents when they decide to stop channeling the power of FDR, and try to do something genuinely novel. Yarvin goes a lot more in depth with this, but that’s the basic idea.
