Let's say a transgender woman wants to become a successful author like J.K Rowling did with the Harry Potter franchise but by writing young teenagers/adults books stories.

Is this possible, J.K Rowling targeted the children demographics and she owned all the copyrights and franchise of her stories and characters. Rowling started her stories as children's stories and then her stories became more dark and mature. She did become a rich billionaire on her own though through her own merits, imagination and efforts.

The transgender author in question does not own the copyrights and franchise of her characters and their stories, just like Stan Lee and his Marvel creations. Are there any way the aspiring writer can fool or make a deal with the company that owns those copyrights as the company in question does not and will never use those intangible assets at their full potential.

No idea why you're asking us how to steal a copyrighted fictional world as if we're lawyers, but I'll take the time to point out that Rowling is a master of keeping her works relevant. People forget that her books were really starting to fade from the cultural consciousness. At first she tried to drum up controversy by saying random characters were actually gay or black, and when that didn't work, she moved on to this radfem thing which has been wildly successful.

The short answer is no.

Isn't it interesting how causing and calling for the persecution and suffering of living beings has a direct correlation with notoriety and often material success

The problem is that trannies, fags, and other people like that revolved their entire self around sexuality. They being proud over their sexuality is one of the core example of this thing; normal people dont go around telling other people that they are straight, but trannies and other fags do.
Second, for a group of people who lived a sexual life (whether its active as in having sex all the time or passive as in daydreamer or masturbator), their constant feed of sexual material to their brain will eventually affect their work or something that they produce (you are what you eat). This can be seen everywhere, in video games, in films, even in smut literature, no matter how hard they tried to hide and conceal this thing their nature will eventually reflect their consumption.
With that being said, can trannies actually write or imagine a plot similar to harry potter while having to detach their sexuality from their work in the first place? I highly doubt it

She never let it fade from the public consciousness though.
