And each book is just moment after moment like this, firing on all cylinders. Asking me to explain it to you is like asking me to explain a symphony. I could tell you about the time signature, the key, and the instruments, and the chord progressions, but just fucking listen to it and see the imagery that Milton gives you. How can you not be impressed?
