I just found out I have 12 more months of the GI BILL that will pay me $2,518.00/month to go to college. What should I use this free money on? I already have a degree and don't want a masters, so a language or something? What would you use it on? Creative writing? Note Theory?
Philosophy or Religious Studies. The only subjects that truly expand your mind and don't force-feed you the same old crap.

You could become a GIA Graduate Gemologist, EMT, lab technician, or any number of other things during that time.It's significantly more useful than a creative writing class, and also more interesting.
