Schopenhauer's mother's letters to him be like

Nietzsche really got Schopenhauer when he said his philosophy was an expression of his sexual problem. Too be clear I love Schopenhauer and think he was one of the greatest of men and his vision of the world very true. But I cannot imagine having a mother like that. He says somewhere that mother’s only love their children when they are little, which is just crazy to me. I have never doubted that my mother would die and suffer anything for me if that’s what she thought had to be done. Maybe I am just very fortunate.

Sounds like he was writing about himself. He also said that women who are interested in philosophy must have a sexual dysfunction. Maybe he was trans

I don’t follow this intuition at all and suspect you are just a low IQ tradtard intimidated by a superior spirit. With Schopenhauer it makes sense because he talks about the complete emptiness of the world’s pleasures and we know that he only had sexual relations with women (which makes sense if he had such bad relations with his mother)—so he’d have these relations with women and after he’d be like—what was I thinking??

yes. don't mistake your personal experience for anything universal.

Nietzsche himself would have admitted that his isolation was a causal factor in his philosophy and probably would have been proud of it too (same way he coped with his chronci pain).
> suspect you are just a low IQ tradtard intimidated by a superior spirit.
Nietzsche is just a dude who wrote books, not a 'superior spirit' and if you go around calling other men 'superior spirits' then you are the only 'low IQ' person here. and no I'm not a 'tradtard.'

He’s obviously a distinguished spirit. Even Herr Bulow said as much when appalled by his Manfred Meditation.

No point talking to someone with these mediocre attitudes. If you think culture is meaningless than literally nothing matters, since culture is the most meaningful thing.

ok bro you're a larper. hopefully when you turn 18 you'll stop idolizing dead men and 'culture'.

What do you believe in? The greatest man was Jesus Christ.

I believe that what a person believes does not define who or what they are.

Until somewhat recently, that was true. Nowadays, you're looking at a harassment charge, maybe even an assault charge.

It's this. My mother fucked up my life, stole everything from me, left me in poverty, and doesn't give a single shit.
