One day Germany is suddenly arrested by mysterious officials from an unnamed court. Although Germany is told that they are under arrest, its allowed to continue his daily life.
Officials insist germany is guilty of genocide and that the Court is never mistaken.
Germany begins to doubt its own memory and moral certainty to the point of taking the guilt of a crime it has no recollection of.
