You're born into a system that doesn't care whether you flourish or rot. It just grinds on, indifferently chewing everything up and calling it "life". The universe's most basic law is entropy which is a one-way conveyor belt toward decay and breakdown. Everything that exists is already scheduled for annihilation, and all this talk about progress or meaning is just cope layered on top of thermodynamic rot. To live at all is to participate in harm. You eat, you consume, you displace, you damage other beings just to keep your own meat running for a little longer. Nature creates only to destroy over and over without remorse, and calling that "neutral" is just cowardice. Indifference this total is itself a kind of evil. Add to that the fact that whole categories of people are structurally sacrificed so others can pretend humanity is a moral achievement, and the picture gets even uglier. If reality has a moral character at all, it's not benevolent or redemptive. It's a monstrous process of unbecoming that guarantees loss, decay and finally nothing for everyone, no exceptions.
