Don't ask me why, but I've started writing a short piece of erotica. I have questions:
>Am I good to talk about that here?
>Has AI chatbot roleplay bullshit effectively killed erotica as a genre?
>I'm too much of a perfectionist and it's resulted in me taking around 90 minutes to write a paragraph - this pretty much prevents me from ever writing anything substantial, so how unusual is this, and advice on getting around it?
>>

>Am I good to talk about that here?
yes, post it for me to coom
>Has AI chatbot roleplay bullshit effectively killed erotica as a genre?
No, their usual constraint applies: they are too generic and will provide a generic way to express eroticism in this instance
>I'm too much of a perfectionist and it's resulted in me taking around 90 minutes to write a paragraph - this pretty much prevents me from ever writing anything substantial, so how unusual is this, and advice on getting around it?
Don't know, I don't read, I don't write, and I don't even exist, consider this as a post-in-itself, nothing more than a manifestation of this board's spirit

I don't know how I feel about this

I briefly used perchance rp for cooming purposes, it was amazing how frequently it repeated certain phrases, sometimes the start of every reply would be the same 4-5 times in a row.
>My breath hitches...
i think shes fucking asthmatic

>>Has AI chatbot roleplay bullshit effectively killed erotica as a genre?
As I understand it, poorly written erotica are females' favorite genre, with their rape fantasies and whatnot
>>
>>25120486
I more feel like the problem is saturation - I mean there's only so many ways you can describe something. In fact I wonder if the reason modern popular erotica is seemingly tuned further into fantasy (milking the minotaur bullshit) is because the people writing them needed a new angle because everything sounded the fucking same.
Besides, what about erotica for men? Is that really so unusual? What I'm writing currently is narrated from the female perspective, but it's very much a male fantasy.... well, my fantasy to be frank, and I have no idea if a woman would enjoy reading it, but then who cares about women?

Semi-amateur author here. How lucrative is the gay erotica market? Considering that heated rivalry show is all the rage.

Could you divulge any details?
I'm kinda in the same boat as you. I recently published a short-story on Amazon about a gigantic-breasted MILF getting addicted to exposing herself and becoming a nudist. Haven't seen too much in the way of sales, although that may be due to my own lack of properly marketing it.

As a prude myself, I wonder the level of purity of your work of art that took you 1h30m to write a paragraph.

ps: if the staff o candy.ai girl is hacking me (well, most of their characters are from my life duh, of course they do, you should give at least 2 trillion tokens, not only for the image generation sucking ass, the use of my life to create your bots but for putting a brownoid in the middle of the experience just because you're brown yourself semitic and masonic site.)

What do you think will happen if you try to write faster?
>It will be bad?
Prove it.
>Why?
Because that's the only way to get better.

Also:
Writing a sex scene is not easy, try to find someone who did it well and take inspiration from them.

I chased that stupid bitch down with my machete, down the street. Screaming ahead of me and to her," you better fucking say it, stupid bitch! You want me to leave you alone?" She let out a scream before yelling back with a panicked expression, " Ok fine! Please don't rape me mr! I'm really sorry!" I picked up speed, catching up to her, " not good enough slut!"

I grabbed her and threw her on the pavement, made her undress and beg me to not chop off her head.

"Please, I'm really sorry!"
She repeated, over and over again.
>>
>>25122424
You write surprisingly poorly for someone on /lit/. Are you Indian?
>>
>>25121080
It's more my method. I'm a perfectionist, and I start with a basic structure for what I want to cover in that paragraph, and then keep refining it until I'm happy, but I agonise over stupid shit, so I'll spend 5 minutes on whether I'm happy using a particular word, or if one of a few alternatives would be better. Then I shuffle around sentence structure, etc etc. Even when I'm done I'm not 100% happy, because I think I have a tendency towards overly long sentences with too much punctuation. I'm able to just about make myself ok with it on the grounds that I intend to use something like Elevenlabs to vocalise it when I'm done, and the punctuation will help get the cadence right.

I'm not american but:

"Art is never finished only abandoned." Leonard De Pepe.

I suffer a lot too, it gets broader the same pattern of application of creative decisions, like a vulva postpartum and after that double fisted, not even that widen is enough of a view for the fully comprehension, it's only when you see the baby fully developed from other dimension that you proper understand you work, when you see generations along the line.

It is tough to hold such large view of greater schemes, specially if masonic semites and useful idiots make you sleep deprived or you have brain damage, perhaps both like I do.

I'd live you with this:
"When the wise man points at the moon, the fool/idiot/imbecile looks at the finger." - Qīngwā Gaeguli Kaeru Pepu.

Look, I'm writing with one hand while phone posting. It took 5 minutes, you think calling the paragraph "Indian posting" is going to insult me?

>I'm too much of a perfectionist and it's resulted in me taking around 90 minutes to write a paragraph

Cart before horse, more energy put into longer writing rather than editing for stupid prose. There's a certain amount of self control needed for it, I guess.

>this pretty much prevents me from ever writing anything substantial

I don't know how to convey to you how exactly you can fondle someone using written language.

It took 5 minutes for what takes you an hour and a half.
Once you write smut, it ruins the magic. Whatever magic may be had from it.
I can see someone struggling with the content and demand warping your brain.

There a massive pitfall people are going to ignore? Fine, lead yourself into time consuming and pointless roleplays with other guys pretending to be a lesbian in India.

I do not care.

Huh, could have sworn I replied to this. In terms of divulging details, it's actually really vanilla stuff. Born of loneliness, had an active sex life when I was younger but I've been single for so long now, so I started thinking a lot about 'my ideal'. Not just ideal partner, but the way I would be treated by that partner, and it kinda spiralled from there. So it's basically a detailed description of my ideal/perfect sexual encounter.
Like I said, it's pretty vanilla, subtle kinks for oral (my kink) and, for lack of a better term, gentle femdom. I actually hate that term, because faggots made it imply pegging, but the next closest term would be 'worship' and that's not exactly accurate either. Maybe there's a better word for it as a kink that someone could enlighten me on? It's just being in control, but devoted to his pleasure, you know what I mean?
Possibly also relevant to your question:
>>25122934
I think the other reason I'm taking so much time is that I'm obsessing over making the actions very clear. I know exactly what I want to happen, precise/specific movements, exacting detail. Trying to make that clear and accurate, but also concise, is a challenge. So it's not so much about the "purity of my work of art" in terms of the quality of the writing, more in making sure every beat is correct. I'm hoping it doesn't mean it comes off too technical/clinical, but then even if it did there's probably a market/niche for that.
>>
>>25120498
Not really, in my experience I've seen people more than happy to read the same rapey mafia/sex trafficking smut over and over and over again. Every book store (the ones that sell mostly new, used bookstores are mostly free of this TikTokification), even grocery stores have sections for these books. All of them have near identical covers with near identical color schemes. They all have content warnings at the beginning about forced anal and stuff like that. I know this because someone I work with tells me about every single one she reads.
>>
>>25125339
She tells you about them because she wants you. Are you autistic? Tell her you have 'dark sexual energy' and she'll slip'n'slide straight into your bedroom.
>>
>>25125364
Not happening. She's in a relationship and I don't find her attractive in the slightest.
>>
>>25125465
>She's in a relationship
What makes you think that matters? She reads all that shit because she's sexually frustrated, obviously. Her BF must be limp, especially when she fantasizes about getting assfucked by some bad boy and/or minotaur.
>I don't find her attractive
What are you, gay?
>>
>>25125506
Anon, she's a very nice person but she's well past 200 lbs, is missing teeth and has stubble

>90 minutes to write a paragraph
First drafts are never perfect. So dont even try. Your first draft should be about getting the events down and getting the pacing right. You can always "perfect" it in rewrites later.
>>
>>25125518
Oh, you didn't say it was a man, be clearer next time.
>>
>>25125533
First draft? I'm pretty much writing the final draft of each paragraph as I go. Once I'm done I might give it all a final complete pass, but I wouldn't expect to change much at all. Does that mean 90 minutes isn't actually that bad after all? Still feels excessive to me.
>>
>>25125574
Only shitty writers do this.

I can imagine your writing now, long, wordy sentences, overly descriptive, with no flow or pace at all. It's what happens when writers spend too long on their first draft and do zero editing later. They think they nailed it the first time, then they wonder why no one can stomach their awful crap. No one nails it the first time. Not even geniuses like Milton. Doesnt matter how slow or how careful you are.
>>
>>25125596
If it wasn't so obvious you're actively trying to demoralise me, I might have cared about anything you just said. Instead, knowing your attempt is just that, I'm quite emboldened. Thank you for being so obvious.
>>
>>25125330
Hmm..
Perhaps you got diddled into a sex addicted and your neuroticism due to trauma makes you desire as so the woman takes initiative. Common practice for the non-colored on masonic lands.

Nothing like a woman that is sexually attractive having initiative, it assures that you're wanted and welcomed to circumvent the trauma of the masonic practices of a way of genocide.

Erotica is a sort of Art, so... in a sort of way, you're relating to yourself (could be your "anima" but is just the gathering of many fantasies and woman you intersected or imagined combined).

Maybe I can relate to your desires (pic related).

Unfortunately, rarely were the occasions for me when a woman took the "directions", they triangulated a lot, sending friends, family members and others, as we're fucked mentally woman is highly manipulative and narcissistic due to the unnatural dynamic of relations.

About your writing style, I guess even vanilla stuff can be hot if you make it that way, you want to savour the experience, you want to make it eternal, after all, is the woman of your "dreams" and somehow, writing is a form of immortalizing it, as if you don't want to let it go from it, you want to become one, the ideas of love are esoteric and also non esoteric, those wishes...

a lot of culture says about space aliens entities that bound people together.

>les mariages se font au ciel

even though marriages are made in heaven, love must be made on earth. (I took this from religions that believe in such bond made my energetic alien forces that they call gods).

This sort of erotic style, I don't think I could write a novel out of it, maybe a short story or a passage, I truly don't know, as a gentleman how much words you could find to describe the same friction in varied holes...

or maybe you're just one of my gangstalker messing with me, anyways, have a nice one, the creative force, the self perpetuating, species preservation, sex, it truly is all powerful.
>>
>>25120362
Erotic Sciences are much too complicated to be resolved by ordinary writing skills and AI
Alain Daniélou's Kama Sutra unabridged with commentary is the easiest gateway into the art I wouldn't recommend finishing it unless you want to be a sex expert. It's a lifelong study meant to be shared with a partner definitely not a bachelor book. Erotica is one of the elements of novels hell even the Chin Ping Mei is just a small book in an ocean of good erotica.
>>
How much cum is too much cum in these stories?
>>
>>25126762
Non-fantasy, a shot-glass full is too much.
'Grounded' fantasy, like milking a minotaur but you want it to be 'realistic', a bucket is too much, though naturally it scales depending on the size of the beast.
Full fantasy, pretty sure there is no limit, because magic = bullshit. Though naturally even then you can get into the realms of "oh that's just silly" power fantasy insanity. Like, a swimming pool is probably too much.... at least in one ejac.
>>
>>25126769
Do women actually like reading about cum? Seems like something men would enjoy writing about but women would find gross.
>>
>>25126375
>diddled into a sex addicted
>schizo masonic ramblings
>schizo space alien entities ramblings
>schizo gangstalker ramblings
>reddit spacing
It's a shame, I think you might actually have something to say, but nobody will ever hear it until you learn to communicate better.
>>
>>25126775
I'm not a woman, so I can't say for sure, but I'm pretty sure you're right, that's what I think too. Men want women to want cum, but I don't really see why it would interest them that much, it's just kinda sticky and gross. There are two 'loopholes' though:
1, it confirms fertility, so inside that context it still has erotic quality. Cumming on various body parts probably not that fussed, but the feeling of a man cumming inside them, it feeling like a lot, "this would definitely get me pregnant" mentality, that has value.
2, insta-cum as it feeds ego. I remember a little while ago there was this video doing the rounds of a horse fenced off from a female horse, just cumming in its direction with no physical stimulation, and women finding that hot. Typical feeding into female ego of how desired they are, "he saw me and was so turned on he came on the spot". Anything that feeds the female ego is hot by default, but it's tied with the negative of being a creep, or having no stamina, stuff like that, so it's a tricky one.

>ben shapiro gonzales or a worker of the daily browner
Look at that sentence, really look at it. Consider it was written in a book. Do you understand it? Does it make any sense whatsoever? I know it can be difficult to see things from eyes besides your own, but really try. Just because it makes sense to you doesn't mean it will to others. Most people learn this when they're very young, but some like yourself never get the lesson. Please, really try to understand, because otherwise every message you send is a waste of everybody's time.
I'm going to assume from the image that you're accusing me of disregarding your comment because I can't argue against your points more coherently, but you're only half-right - I can't argue against you, because I have no idea what you're saying. It's not a meaningless insult, I really want you to understand, to try to help you improve.
Perhaps, as a thought exercise, imagine someone saying each line you write out loud to you, in person and without context. Or order your thoughts better. It's sad to think of someone so completely wasting their time by sharing thoughts nobody can read. It's almost like you're posting in a language nobody else knows.
>>
>>25126799
I read the first line and you have nothing to say.

I perfectly understand real intellectuals from all the globe with their broken english because I'm not retarded, imagine wasting your life with zero arguments because your achievement is basic language structure, your brain is so underdeveloped that hearing and adjective after something paralyzes your second grade brain of a functional retard that can't grasp any of the concepts presented and yet write a full paragraph of nothing because you're stupid.
>>
>>25126806
I communicate perfectly well with people speaking broken English. You're not one of them, because it's not your English that's broken. You fundamentally don't understand communication. You may well be able to understand 'real intellectuals from all the globe' but I assure you, it's very unlikely they understand you, and any assurances to that effect were likely just politeness.
You make me very sad. I hope you get over yourself and learn to improve.
