Will this help me change my life?
>>
it's about the human drive to like always be making everything better not about u specifically

No. After a certain age you are locked into the person you are. You can make small adjustments but no actual changes.

Unless you megadose a combo of acid, shrooms, and dmt while going through severe, SEVERE alcohol withdrawal.

She sloter on my dijk til I change my life
>>
men would rather go to the gym and read think-tank funded self-help than go to therapy
>>
>>25128359
No, that's not a self-help book despite the title

That book is intellectual masturbation. Fun intellectual masturbation, but intellectual masturbation nonetheless.

As to changing your life, you need to try new things until you find something that fascinates you. Having a fascination, a passion, is more important than your material circumstances.

Therapists are trained to handle Depression & Anxiety in Women. They do not have efficacy for other cases.

I haven't read the book but I've seen threads related to it and it seems a really bad idea.

Not only do you need leisure time as a person you also risk investing too much time in things which will have no impact on your life because the world constantly changes.

Just do the minimum to get payed and take care of your close ones.

your victimhood is showing

it's an interesting read as it's about improvement, but not necessarily about your improvement.
>>
We must become better men.

No book you ever read will ever "change your life" ever. The Bible MAYBE but the jury is still out on that one.

It's definitely the case that our lives would be different in an alternate universe without it, so it already has changed your life.
