Guys in about 1 weeks time I'm going to have to bargain a salary 3x. The potential employer doesn't know my current salary, I know they are willing to accept my offer but I also know that if they knew what I got now they would immediatly try to talk me down. Is picrel really the best we've got on negotiation?
