Why the fuck do we keep having a lolita thread every day?
You insipid fuck read something else for once?

Not really, it's actually quite a boring book.

>>25173548
what even is the cover?
>>
>>25174739
There's a thing woman do: they paint their vaginas and sit on a canvas. The cover is Dolores's painting.
>>
>>25173548
That's a shit cover, there's way better ones.
>>
>>25173548

>>
>>25174739
Parted lips stylized as a cloud and the shadow it casts on the ground. Always figured it was referencing this particular cover.
>>
>>25176293
Unironically bought the book for this cover when I first read it

true
>>
When I was younger, my mother's friend, who would frequent our house often, started bringing over her daughter to play with me, even though I was like 3 or 4 years older than her and basically a young man already. In spite of that, I used to think she was incredibly cute and charming, and to make it worse she was all over me too for reasons I truly cannot explain. I never acted on it though, at all. Is it fucked up that I sometimes regret it? It probably is. It definitely is. I don't have any such similar thoughts like that these days, but Humbert's inner dialogue in the book reminded me of thoughts I myself had at that time.

If it makes you happy, not only did nothing happen, she also grew up to be a well adjusted adult.

It's alright that you don't. God knows the truth of it.
