I dropped this shit in arc VIII.The fights are way too repetitive and they basically fill up most of every arc. It’s a shame because I actually liked the character development and the interpersonal relationships, but it’s just pages and pages of boring fight descriptions.
>>25175960Then skip the fight descriptions.Just read all the good character moments. You can do it, and Worm is worth it.Even just to know that it's a piece of Web Novel history.
soiboy shit
I lie and tell you that you will enjoy all the arcs it will take to get there. But I can tell you that the end is worth it. And, no, you can't skip much.
>>25175979I know, but I understand why so few people finish it.
>Cut arc 15>Cut the Slaughterhouse-9000 arc>Cut out the multiple dragon suits fight>Cut all therapy chapters and all therapyspeak>Move all events of the story two years into the future and cut the timeskip>Cut the new endbringers>Make the endbringers connection to Eidolon actually make sense>Cut the taming the endbringers arc>Cut TeacherThere it's perfect.
Your opinions on worm aside, fun fact, the author is terrible at heights. Coil is something like 7.5 feet tall. Brockton Bay is a forest of trees, not people."Thomas! We know Coil is a skeletally thin, 7.5 foot black man who uses body doubles! Quick, ask your skeletally thin, 7.5 foot tall black male friends I see you with if any of them have ever been asked to work for Coil!""Sure I'll get right on that Emily."
>>25175960I preferred A Practical Guide to Evil
>>25175979>Worm is worth it.Lol
Taylor did nothing wrong!
The Leviathan fight was the peak of the series. Everything else afterwards is downhill.
>>25175979>Even just to know that it's a piece of Web Novel historyThat's like saying to eat a piece of shit just to know it's a piece of shit history.
>>25175960the second half's fights are sloppythe leviathan fight and the mannequin fight are clean fight writingits a story that gets lost and meanders through the last movements. probably a side effect of being a serialquite good for what it is
