dost and mishima are good but they are disproportionately shilled by the type of guy who uses reading to supplement his "retvrn to tradition" meme starter-packs, or wannabe alpha male radicalization. melville would unironically be a better choice, moby-dick is a thousand times more "manly" than anything they wrote.
