The GOAT of course. Dante shows us the path from misery to beauty. Also the Consolation of Philosophy and Aristotle's Ethics. Saint Augustine's On the Happy Life is good too. Cicero is another good one (whereas Seneca's On the Happy Life is good but not his best).

The section on the human good on the Summa Contra Gentiles is quite complete but dry next to Boethius.

Obviously the Republic, Phaedrus, and Symposium too.

In terms of actual praxis to reach our goal: Evagrios, Saint John Cassian, Saint John Climacus, and the Sayings of the Desert Fathers. Also Epicetus Enchiridion is pretty solid for beginners.
