Just read this.
Didn't realize climate change is actually a GOOD THING.
A drop of 1 or 2 degrees resulted I unpredictable weather including storms and periodic flooding, crop failures and other stuff.
We should actually thank the capitalists for warming the planet up, in the long run this might even prevent the next ice age from wiping out civilization.
>>
If a drop of 1 to 2 degrees caused that, what would an increase of 1 to 2 degrees do OP?

Well, if you're going to use logic, they don't want to chit-chat.

you do realize temperatures rising is causing unpredictable weather including storms and periodic flooding, crop failures and other stuff?
that's why people who know what they're talking about are so worried about climate change. they've been saying this for decades, have you been living under a fucking rock?

Imagine believing that.

Actually the author literakly opens the book talking about the Medieval Warm Period which came immediately before the Little Ice Age.
During that time the warmer temperature resulted in increased crop yields and allowed the Vikings to sail the North Atlantic and reach America.
There's no reason to believe that it won't happen again with modern climate change. More arable land will become available, yields will increase and we might even be abre to explore the antartic interior, that's without mentioning the oil and gas trapped in the permafrost of Siberia. Only coastie city slickers will suffer and they deserve it.

The medieval warm period also probably collapsed Lowland Maya Urban civilization.
