just don't focus on being and time, read around. He has a ton of public lectures and more popular things. The desire to just fixate on one work is a neurosis of academia.
What is called thinking and Discourse on thinking are two shorter later works I like but just getting a collection of essays and reading the ones that jump out as you is fine
