The process of reading is incredibly difficult for me. I read a paragraph of any book and an overwhelmed by fatigue and drowsiness.
How do I begin reading and overcome my lack of understanding?

Try audiobooks when walking/exercising/driving/vidyaing—the physical activity achors you in the moment, allowing the literature to passively permeate.
You won’t retain (or enjoy) anything if your foremost thought is: “I’m reading a book and need to focus.”
