nah, but i agree that it's a meh book, compared to what's before and after.

instead, remove the second epilogue. it's very redundant, and confused at times, it feels as if he didn't know what he wanted to say exactly.
i don't agree with his views on history, but i appreciated his arguments whenever they interrupted the narrative, and what he said up until the end of the first epilogue was enough. reiterating everything in that jumbled way didn't help with expounding his thoughts with more clarity.
