There is now enough white male society that the "reserves" are full. Naturally entropic people and cultures, who do not invent anything but merely inhabit, intrinsically realized this and are currently "spending" said society the same way a rich trust fund inheritor with no sense will mindlessly spend what they've been given. The amount of this society that will be burned through will last just long enough for the people doing it to live their lives off of it, create nothing and summarily doom humanity to a dark age, and I don't mean the pretend dark age commonly blamed on religion but an actual one, far worse than when barbarian hordes were decimating Europe after the fall of something greater.
