I like how people close to you are often the last to see your gifts. They can't handle the relationship they were comfortable with, which reinforced their supposed superiority, being completely upended and their mid values and thoughts being dwarfed by the very part of you they failed to nourish, and so it makes them look mighty silly and petty. Because you're in their heads, but they can't even conceive of you.
