Hello /lit/, do you think this is a good book for when and where America went wrong? Do you have any other recommendations if not this one?
All states and state models go wrong.They are all inherently a wrong thing to do. Kingdoms and empires stem from power hungry scum. Republics and the like come from control freaks, if not more of the same power hungry scum. Well intentioned lawyers, bean counters, fathers who want nothing more than a household of children who are silent and dutiful from the age of two to a hundred. States are the most unnatural cages we've allowed to catch us in. We call it "civilization" but it has proven countless times to be anything but civilized.
