You don't even have to get rid of the Bible necessarily. There is plenty of room for harmonization (especially if you get rid of restrictive, extra-textual interpretations that either Judaism or Christianity forces upon you). Your life probably wouldn't even look that different if you were already a generally moral and pious person. Your theological concerns would become much more simple. All those concerns get wiped out. Basically, you either accept or reject the revelation, and if you accept, you believe in the one true, simple, and absolutely transcendent God and the last Messenger (and all the other Messengers before Him) and then you move on with your life. Simple. I've never seen a Quranist lose a debate online against other Muslims, other Christians, etc. And with atheists, it ultimately comes down with the willingness to believe in God and the capacity for revelation. I have a feeling that the 21st century will turn out to be a Quranist century in the sense that anybody still willing to be a monotheist while resisting modern thinking will probably turn to it as the last refuge of tradition.
