I think all books help with that as they can be a form of escapism.But don't be so hard on yourself OP. Your literate and so probably not retarded. And having a 9 to 5 is a kind of security not everyone is afforded.Just take it easy, enjoy the little things, and try to share the small moments, laughs and silliness with your friends and family. That's all you need.
