talking about physical books specifically no because it makes both reading and eating slower and less efficient, it's awkward to turn the page and then you would need to lose focus to take a bite at something unless you want to risk dropping it and potentially damaging your bookwith a e-reader I guess some problems get solved but still I would rather just sit and read instead of mixing up activities that don't go well together, for instance you could listen to music (preferably not in your native language or without lyrics) while reading and so on

Working as a cook in a retirement home, so during my morning break I usually enjoy a good banana, a good "pain au chocolat" and a cup of coffee while reading.
