How long does it take to you to read a technical, non-fiction book? I feel I take an eternity to finsih one. I think I take 4 min for a single page. This can be like 150 words per minute or even less. How slow or fast is this to you and how do you read? I mean, how fast is considered normal?
I have been overthinking this for too long and I can't come up with a solution. Whatever I do or read it doesn't stick into my head.

A long time because I'm a retard with ADHD and can't stay focused on shit

Roughly twice or more when I read fiction because I get really sleepy every time I read non-fiction, even with a couple of cups of java. The only way is to power through it and make it a habit e.g. read 30 mins of it the morning or a set time period for a week or so and you'll get used to it. Doesn't matter how fast you read it, just finish it.

I spend 2-4 hrs reading and typically get through 80-100 pages daily
