I am looking for literature that glorifies the patriarchal, extended family, and upholds traditional gender roles.

You're going to end up with something like biedermeier, which is really just a trad reaction to romanticism. People assume these things to be normal, and don't write about them / try to give them cultural representation, unless somebody is actively rocking the boat. In which case it's better to read books on how and why the boat was being rocked.

A Dream of Red Mansions
Ths Brothers Karamazov

In what way is The Brothers Karamazov for the patriarchal family?

I guess it demonstrates what a father is not.
There are a lot of negative examples like that, I struggle to think of a book describing a nuclear family functioning properly. You are thinking of something like an american sitcom from the 60s, which is just about as gross as biedermeier is.
