Just have to ignore whatever it says and check the source yourself.I have tried using it once for programming. I'm pretty umimpressed but I was also using it for a niche programming language. (Notably, "true" in that language is -1, not 1, (like in most languages) and GPT kept complaining that I got it backwards, even after I repeatedly corrected it on that exact thing)

I posted my screenplay and novel on GPT to get a review, He was borderline retarded, too focused on details, missed the macro structure and approached the story in the wrong way to begin with. Claude on the other hand surprisingly "got it" and impressed me with the way he broke down the thematic architecture and what the story set out to do generally.That said, Don't even think about asking any of them for creative writing/solutions because they're absolutely terrible, They're only good at identifying patterns and deconstructing, practically identical to an average social science midwit talentless theory student.
