Is this shit retarded? Yes or no. Ordered the first one to read
>>25291903Retarded? No. Overrated? Yes.
>>25291903>is this shit retarded? Ordered the first one to readIf you're a tech fuck, sales fuck, grindset fuck, future felon, future entrepreneur, or just retarded, you'll read the first book and think it's a work of complete and utter genius
>>25291966So its full of pragmatic social functions, you say?
i saw a tranny on IG reading power this afternoon kek
>>25291903No it’s not retarded. But try to read books on finance and investment instead so you can make money
>>25291903I saw an Indian reading T48LoP on the train a few years ago and instantly dismissed everything Greene had ever written.
>>25292565Why
48 laws of power is helping me understand how i interact with people. I also enjoy hearing about short historical bits. Is anything else he wrote worth reading?
>>2529190348 laws is so dumb just read How to Win Friends and Influence People
>>25291903Useful but hes kind of an edge lord so read it with a hubris filter.48 laws is good but it's a lot more strategic and if you're a conventional 4chan poster it might cover situations you don't yet know how to gain access to (politics, leadership).Despite the pretty terrible name Seduction is the better book to start with because it covers interpersonal micro manipulation, not wide scale macro manipulation.

>>25291903I've only read Mastery and Laws of Human Nature but they were a fun ride, regardless of how useful they are compared to their reputation, each chapter can be a springboard for intellectual curiosity either in a desire to learn more about the subjects he uses to illustrate his points or in certain ideas, and you can use the bibliography to those ends.I don't think he's as amazing or shitty as you read online, he's a great gateway author and you can learn things from his books.
