Read Gravity’s Rainbow and now just finished the Iliad. I liked both. The Iliad was way easier to read, GR I only half understood even the literal meaning.
Now I am deciding what to read next. You guys pick; another Pynchon or another Greek?

I have always found translations of books to be easier to read than authors whose native language was English
