Anon, your kind hates cities of any kind. Which is fine, enjoy your rural, Heideggerian lifestyle, to each his own, but your opinion on cities is therefore invalid. Inappropriate, some would say disgusting or even evil question that crosses my mind from time-to-time: let's say you're some political elite or top-tier businessman, and you have a predilection for young girls. Eventually you get honeypotted by whomever, a foreign intelligence agency, some private person, secret society, whatever. Now you have to do their bidding or else they'll leak the proof of your indiscretions. Okay, fine, you've been got. Do they at least, y'know, keep supplying you with girls so long as you cooperate and prove yourself useful, or it's just the one time thing? Because I gotta say, if it's the latter, that's kinda fucked up. Just kill me at that point. But if it's the former, and it's a mutually beneficial relationship, then okay. But really the one-time leverage is enough on its own. Then again, it is important to keep assets happy.

I just type like a six year autistic kid with motor problems, sorry.

Funny anecdote: When I was little once I helped one of my siblings look over questionnaires on a research project about old people. Because I really insisted, he let me do an empty one for fun. A few hours pass and my father comes along looking at the questionnaires, he picks one up and remarks "It looks like this one is experiencing some serious cognitive decline. Look at the circles they made". As you surmised, it was mine.

Ngl even if they're not supplying you themselves they won't prevent you from procuring your enjoyments. At the end of the day all they need is the Kompromat. And the more they have the better.

That said it probably depends on the guy. Organized crime likely still supplies, at least.

Received my first rejection email this week. It was the only thing I'd applied for so far so I was waiting the last two months to see the outcome. I really built it up in my head especially during shower time or before bed that I was going to get a good response or invited to something. Mother Amarcord, nature was my sister. As it was, this turn indeed was. The molt of earth's garden was she, Marilou. This was my sister, among those things I knew! But of promise, were those things-above; those higher things I too knew; and somewise forgot-so too!

What higher things? Like the lattice, those heavens? -- Doily-making, girls do; what do the heavens teach me? And so she, the skygirl and skyhorse were not above me, though she trail'd 'er starbound hoof.

Remember Mother, who was queen of her house? From out her child she, conscience roused. And defended by hidden means my honour; she broker'd thee apart from me, so she did; and wild boys and secret avarice. But in time by embrace, mine were you.

Marilou the child, head still wet with-you! There was nothing I knew that did you; a flower by complexion -- and also through! Young were you. Your devisions were not discreet before I was a challenge to you; a mystery made for you -- as a mother's charity was to me.

And yet was my mother above me? -- Yes, was she. And yet unto me was God's-given kin unto. I remember her laws, yet did nature make she? I know nature was my sister now; her blood is mingled here. The dew from yellow flowers. God bore the heavens for our gentle reign; I was a child among heirs. But God was other to me.

The illustration shown on page 98 of The Moon and Serpent Bumper Book of Magic is a famous 18th-century engraving depicting a Witches' Sabbath.

Engraving Title: "Description de l'assemblée des sorciers qu'on appelle sabbat" (Description of the Assembly of Sorcerers Called Sabbat).

Original Publication: Abbé Laurent Bordelon’s 1710 satirical novel, L'Histoire des imaginations extravagantes de Monsieur Oufle (The History of the Extravagant Imaginings of Monsieur Oufle).

Artist/Engraver: Engraved by Jean Crépy (or Crespy).

Historical Context:
Crépy created this composite piece by synthesizing and parodying classic 17th-century demonological artwork—most notably Jan Ziarnko’s 1613 engraving from Pierre de Lancre’s Tableau de l'inconstance des mauvais anges et démons, as well as prints attributed to Flemish painter Bartholomeus Spranger. It depicts iconic elements of witchcraft folklore: Satan seated on a pedestal as a horned goat with a burning candle between his horns, a central ritual dance, witches flying on broomsticks overhead, and a nocturnal banquet feast.

Personally I think the Spanish "Aquelarre" suits the witches' Sabbath more than it's actual name. Hate the Jews as you may, that was still the Lord's day. Aquelarre sounds much more visceral, and we don't even know where the word came from, may be Basque.

I feel like I'm stuck in a cosmic joke of a situation. Or less cosmic and more pharmaceutical.

I've posted before how I'm trying to lower my dose of medicine. I've gotten it down to 80, where I take 40 in the morning and 40 at night, anywhere from 9-12 hours, depending how soon the cravings hit and how long I can hold out.

Anyway, the sick part is, the 40 I take at night? It actually sedates me so much that it practically knocks me out in a half-nod for 4 hours, then I wake up, maybe pee, put some music on, then I sleep my 8 hours. So I'm basically sleeping for 12 hours.

Just lower that dose, right? Simple. It should be. Well, when I try taking 35 or 30, then bam, all kinds of signals in my brain, going ALERT ALERT ALERT, you didn't take enough, take more, take more. So I take a tad bit more, and then the passing out ensues.

So in summation, it seems my brain is hooked on the amount that's just enough to knock me out, and any less, I get a totalizing, distracting level of craving until I cave. I know, I know, the solution is probably find some way to just deal with the craving for a few days, then it'll go away, but that's easier said than done. Oh well.

And again, why do I put up with this altogether instead of throwing it all away or killing myself? Because the effects of the medicine at this dose makes me feel fuckin' so good. So it's not all bad. But like I've said before, I'm tired of feeling unearned pleasure all day. It makes me lazy and gives me severe brainfog. I want to get passed it. But it's roughly the equivalent of telling your 10/10 gf you don't want to have sex and receive a morning blowjob anymore. Easy in theory, harder in practice. Sigh.

It's interesting how expectation and dialect interact with disgust and prejudice. If one expects another to share his dialect deviations from such are jarring, caustic, and (if one is sufficiently autistic) morally offensive. Once the barriers of dialect and othering are raised, however, what was once abominable is now charming and (if one is pretentious enough) precious in the same way as a Dragon Lore AWP skin.

For example: Negro and many rural white dialects were despised in the last century, but are now viewed somewhat positively by all but their die-hard ideological opponents (racists and leftists respectively) as they've been contextualized and designated as distinct ways of speaking.
Business jargon is a dialect as well, a fairly complex one I think, but is ~universally despised because we don't perceive it as such.
Associations with a dialect's respective groups of course shift perceptions as well, but people are so atomized now that I doubt many such perceptions are ever organically formed.

Clad in the heroic gear of the champions from the Shahnameh, these warriors bore a striking resemblance to the paladins of the Germanic Middle Ages, of whom they were the distant ancestors. With metal helmets on their heads and bodies encased in scale armor of copper or horn plates—fitted to resemble dragon skin—swords at their sides, bows and quivers on their backs, and holding immensely long, heavy spears, they traversed the wilderness on heavily armoured horses, escorting and guarding vast wagons topped with broad roofs. Housed within these massive conveyances were their women, children, elders, and riches. Gigantic oxen hauled them laboriously along, causing the solid wooden wheels to wobble and creak over the sand or short steppe grass.

The style of dwelling still in use in most European countries that once hosted Aryan settlements offers proof of this: the traditional house there is essentially nothing more than a stationary wagon. The wheels have been replaced by a stone base upon which the wooden structure rises. The roof is massive and overhanging; it completely encloses the dwelling, which is accessible only via a narrow exterior staircase resembling a ladder. It is, with very few modifications, the ancient Aryan wagon.

Amp was the only genuinely tasty energy drink I ever had. I used to have to drink multiple energy drinks during every graveyard shift I ever did just to function and I'm pretty sure all those energy drinks (although I've long since stopped consuming them) are what caused the "irregular heartbeat" that I see mentioned by the blood pressure cuff that I use to check my blood pressure from time to time.

The feast was underway. The initial edge of hunger was being blunted; drinking horns were rapidly drained, and words and merriment spread like wildfire among those fierce men. Tales of war, recounted on all sides, inflamed their volatile imaginations and fueled their boasts. Suddenly, a guest would rise noisily, announce his intention to embark on some perilous expedition, and—hand outstretched over his horn of beer—swear to succeed or perish. Thunderous applause erupted from every quarter. The revelers, whipped into a frenzy, clashed their weapons together to give vent to their jubilation; they crowded around the hero, congratulating and embracing him.

Ahh, to have been an ancient Aryan. This is what Centuries of ongoing Romanization and civilizatory propaganda took away from us.

I often see ads scrolling through social media advertising keychains or various other baubles being sold that are supposedly made from the repurposed metal of destroyed Russian tanks, artillery pieces and various other Russian armored vehicles with the serial number, make, type of vehicle and where it was destroyed/date it was destroyed stamped on it.

It's my birthday in two weeks, and I have two weeks of holiday booked but I'm struggling to find the motivation to go anywhere. I thought about Japan, but flights are expensive and it's monsoon season so stuff gets cancelled. Thought about going to the US, either PNW or New England, but hotels are really expensive.

Feels like I'm forcing myself to go somewhere, even though I'll be alone and am too old (35) to feel a kind of youthful adventure. I know I'll regret it if I rot indoors for two weeks, but I don't want to go somewhere and be stressed and bleed money for the sake of it. I went to Portugal for two weeks earlier this year and it was a pretty good experience overall, much better than I imagined. But even then I was tired by the end of the holiday and booked an earlier flight home.

Any suggestions?

I just feel like floating around some foreign culture for a while, without feeling like I'm getting scammed at every opportunity.

From the time of Ennius onward, the Latin language made a point of discarding its native Italic character.

Thus, there was no longer a truly and exclusively national language; instead, there was an increasingly pronounced infatuation with the literature and ideas of Athens and Alexandria, with Hellenic schools and teachers, with Asian-style houses and Syrian furniture, and a profound disdain for local customs. Such was the state of the city—which had begun under Etruscan rule and grown under a Sabine oligarchy—as the era of Semitic democracy drew near.

The crowds thronging the streets surrendered themselves entirely to the grip of this new influence. The age of free institutions and the rule of law was coming to an end. The era that followed was one of violent coups d'état, mass slaughter, profound depravity, and rampant debauchery.

No no no, he was onto something. I'm tired pretending Arthur de Gobineau was a conflicted maniac or a pseud. In his genius of a higher order, he foresaw in the history of the ancients what in these very days is happening in to us and our civilization. Degeneracy sets on as soon as the native whites turn into self-hating multi-cultural slimes without ideas and originality. The change from the Roman Republic to the Imperial system was a struggle between conservative Roman patricians and democratic plebs, who gained the favour of the lower classes and the immigrants and, promising equality for all, rose to power. What puts the cherry on the top is that the Roman conservatives were, until the very end of the Republic, hard-lined against immigration.

A meteor is heading to Earth, and every thinking mind in the world, after trying every trick they could possibly come up with, agreed it was an inevitable hit and our total destruction was on its way. A dark cloud haunts every one of us. The people we know, the kids, the elderly, the movies, the books, the archives, the money saved, the money spent, the art, the history, the dancing, it was all going to be over soon.

If then you and you alone were suddenly able to stop it, like magic, once and for all, and if you actually did it, the next day you'd be hailed as a savior. People would think most highly of you. All of that bleak sense of death would dissipate from our hearts, and we wouldn't be able to thank you enough. Every person from every corner of the world would be on your side. We owe you that much, and you'd be on top of the world.

Then ten, twenty, thirty years pass. You go on talk shows and tell silly stories. People still remember the meteor and the fear they felt, and, of course, your good deed. A hundred years go by. You're gone. Two hundred, three hundred even. Everyone who was saved from the meteor is gone. Most of the trees are not the same, and the sharks are dying. You are taught in history classes. They tell of the cultural shift that came with the period, the before and after, your life examined in cheap documentaries. A thousand years go by, then two thousand. People wonder if it was all a myth, if there even was a meteor. Still, there is reverence for it. There are still believers. It was a big thing, right?

Ten thousand years go by. A new meteor approaches. You are not there. No one is there to stop it. We were saved once, then the generation after us, then another, and another. We were all saved, until we weren't. This one hits, depleting Earth of life. And you won't be remembered.

A lame day with lame activities and a lame attitude ended with a whimper, a cry was too tiresome. Down and drawn hollow just as the calendar shows Friday. Couldn’t have picked a better time. Four lame reps of same as last weeks weight in a set of three to total twelve tired motions but no more even though more could be done. Get in and then get the hell out before a collapse inward and fall. A mirror reflecting the day and it is spotty with smudges of gray gunk in a gym full of garbage on a gray, dull evening of worse than nothing. Morning was spent and five minutes later spent and five minutes later spent again lying in bed to yourself upright with a lame body refusing to get up and dull eyes focused on nothing. Supposedly life happened in between then and now but who can remember. Bed early to move on the sun still out but not up suffocated in dull clouds and suffocated in dull gray sheets under a gray blanket when finally blackness bleeds over the colorless room for a tomorrow worse than nothing.

Maaan, ran into this 18 yo girl who was the girl of my sexual dreams -- blonde, young, slutty in an innocent kind of way -- but she was with this guy and based on how they were interacting, I couldn't tell if they were together or brother and sister. At one point, the guy moved to sit somewhere else, at which point I finally turned to the girl (after noticing them looking in my direction multiple times before and as I walked up), and she was already staring, at which point we smiled at each other. But again, if that's her boyfriend, I don't wanna ask for her number and cause a row! Maybe she was just trying to make him jealous, maybe it was a game they were playing.
