>>23474018>>23473964>>23473884I don't think Akiko Inoue feels like her father but rather like Komura, the character that she has given the most developed and focused the most is Hoeru while she shafts the rest and the comedy feels like a lesser Zenkaiger rather than Toshiki's brand of comedy. I still like the show a lot, more than Zenkaiger even if I find the comedy and motw weaker because even though she has a focus problem it isn't as bad as it was in Komura's Sentai and still like her cast and plot.I think the reason why the scripts done by other writers feel better is because the way she handles the motw, while the "playground rules" the kaijin implement are supposed to be a play on how AI can only understand some concepts superficially, it still makes the actual fights feel disjointed from the No One competition. Meanwhile the other writers are all actual Super Sentai fans that are given scripts that focus on Universe Senshi that manage to balance the two concepts much better, because they actually understand how a Sentai motw usually goes about and are to implement the Universe Senshi in a way that satisfies the fans of this franchise.

I remember when Revice got announced and they were claiming that the Deadman and Vice were racist depiction while actual Mexicans were excited and really liked their initial depiction.
