WHERE THE FUCK DO I FIND ACADEMIC WORKS ABOUT THE MECHA HYSTORY, IM SEACHING SOME BOOK/PAPER/someshit FOR HOURS AND CAN'T FIND

The majority of them are in Japanese if you are talking about Japanese Mecha. Yes academic papers exist.

You might want to read Beautiful Fighting Girls and Otaku: Japan's Database Animals for extra measure. Not entirely about mecha per se, but are an interesting read as far as Otaku Studies go (not my term, btw).

I wonder what made you want to make this kind of thread OP? Hmm..

Here's some bread crumb links: Mecha related too.

Bullshit, I had easily found stuff like exactly mecha genre history, GitS Major's muscles being phallic, motherfucking Evangelion exploration being used as an introduction to Deleuze and Guattari's schizoanalysis

Add research/study to keywords. And use a better search engine that's not bogged down by SEO

"Loving The Machine" is sorta coffee-table as opposed to dense text but it's got a look through the history of Japan and robots going back to the karakuri stuff like the tea server

fast piracy but it needs a login

Technically not a paper or study, but interesting nontheless. It's an article on a lecture Imagawa gave back in 2002, feels like something a paper would cite. Maybe if you can find some papers about anime and otaku culture in general that mention mecha anime, you can check their citations.
