Battle Fever has two rangers getting permanently replaced. Bioman and Sun Vulcan also had a ranger getting replaced. There's also Gingaman where the extra hero got technically replaced but that one is a weird situation, guess Kyoryuger also had rangers gettting replaced but they were already spirits so I wouldn't count them, but yeah Heisei hasn't quite had a ranger replacement like the ones from the Showa era, at most we get extra rangers getting permakilled in the final arc.
