>>23522322Is the dub for this included or not yet? I heard it was getting one.
>>23522336I didn't know it was getting a dub, but no just spanish and portuguese subs.
>Zero is not a robot bike, that's just a tool he uses to communicateKind of a letdown but I guess "riding your boss" is too weird even for this show.
I expected Zero to eventually speak japanese to not confuse the main audience, but I am happy that, at least in the dream world, he does only speak English.
What are your pros and cons on Zeztz's second episode?
Holy shit, he's riding a bike!
>>23522355Pros: Awesome bike action and actual stuntsCons: The episode was 3 minutes long.
>Make a friend >They want to be a terrorist
>>23522355I hate cliffhangers that's it.Otherwise, great episode as usual.
>>23522355I don’t get why Baku hesitated in stopping the bomber
>>23522355>Pro: The bit where Baku climbed on Zero's back and he made motorcycle noises was pretty funny>Con: The episode ending on a cliffhanger
What are your impressions on Zero, /m/en?
Baku and the cop becoming dream buddies was so fucking funny.
Editing and pacing felt a bit off in this one compared to the first episode
>>23522355Pros: Hooked me way better after episode 1 disappointed meCons: One of the most blatant and abrupt "cliffhangers" in a while for an early episode
>>23522355Pro: Zeztz fighting on the truck really felt old schoolCon: The transition from Baku talking to Zero while he was awake to him being asleep was a bit awkward, and in the moment I had a hard time telling if he was alseep the whole time or not. (Him not understanding English I guess is the sign he's awake)Also...the ep ended kind of suddenly. I feel like if they cut a minute out of the motorcycle chase we could have had a smoother transition to the cliffhanger.
>>23522355Nice bike action. Seems like even if they do forget it after the first ten episodes that they are trying to make the most of the bike for now.The twist at the end served to drive interest quite well and move to the second part.
I love the comedy so far. I love real lifr Baku's mannerism and Fujimi is fucking hilarious. The bike scene was awesome and the truck fight reminded me of the Agito car fight scene a bit.Hope that insert song plays more even though its rap.
>>23522361Because the bad guy told him the cop subconsciously wants the nightmare to happen, I think.
>>23522361To be fair, learning that the person who wants to commit arson is a cop must be jarring
I like how the mc is a jobless loserand how the detective is a schizo conspiracy theoristalso that was a lotta explosions man
>>23522355Pros: The cop duo are going to steal the show, I can already feel it. Great bike action, Zero pretending to be a bike while still in human transformation destroyed me. On that same note, great bike actionCons: Uhhhh, that part where he uses the gachapon as his own ability without transforming was cool but the effect looked weird. That's the worst I can say. This episode was gold.
>>23522362>most posters who cry "SEA"
>>23522362I've been able to speak with Japanese people in 'dream japanese' in my dreams before so this isn't really that weird to me.
THEY WORK IN A TRUCK DOWN BY THE RIVER>>23522365That was hysterical. And the lady officer just not having any of it.
>>23522371>Hope that insert song plays more even though its rapDisagree. It was surprisingly distracting and awful on the ears while it played over the fight
>>23522379I like that you apparently have to combat roll into the hobo cop van.
>>23522364Very good, but knowing it's a Takahashi show, I fully expect a twist to ruin him. It's gonna be one of these things>He's actually an evil mastermind that Zero is trying to take down in a "ends justify the means" extremist type of way like Buffa>He is sort of evil, so he has an arc where he fights Zeztz, but they get over it and he returns to being a good buddy to him>They tease that he may be evil but pull a Revice where he's not really that bad, and it was all a misunderstanding or something that's not too badIf they played him straight I would be genuinely impressed.
HAI, ZERO JA NAITO
That henshin was baller. I don't use this word often but dude was just aura farming that whole sequence
>>23522358Nightmares seem like they twist the dreamer's desires in some way. I mean, it's not like Baku wanted to get shot.
>>23522384That actually made me laugh out loud, him pretending to be the bike while still in human mode
>>23522363I hope it is not the norm cause that was the worst part of Wizard. Also inb4 Nemu is actually a villain. Everyone being obsessed with her is pretty sus. Possibly a Nightmare that took over?
>>23522373As someone who's dreams consist mainly of a lot of random "and then this happened" the whole "dreams are your subconscious manifest" always falls flat to me.
>>23522354Yeah I'm glad they stuck with it. It's fun.>>23522355Pros>good motorcycle stunts>Baku and Fujimi hitting it off was funny>Nagumo and Fujimi are fun partners for some dumb X-Files bullshit>Zero's cool as fuck>Lotta good comedyCons>felt kinda short and like it jumped all over the place too much>cucking the final fight to make a two part is kinda lame>some dodgy CGI >not really feeling the who recolor thing for the suits>>23522364He's great. I was expecting him to be overly serious but he's just as much of a clown as Baku.>>23522358This is why NEETs stay inside all day.
>>23522385I still find the henshin sequence pretty boring>aura farming back to twitter with thee
>>23522390I mean its true, the dreams gotta get material somewhere. They just don't care if they make logical sense.
>>23522389>Everyone being obsessed with her is pretty susI didn't think about this in the moment but yeah, the joke about the police lady dreaming about her too actually sounds kind of suspicious.
>>23522380I'm talking more about it being another "Play insert songs in almost all episodes like Early Heisei". And im hoping we get a better sounding one like Gotchard getting a total of 3 main inserts. Tired of this lack of cool inserts playing in most fights for Reiwa. Gotchard did it right and you all disregarded it still even for that.
>>23522390My dreams are always fucking stupid. One time I dreamed there was a fire in my closet, like a fake looking from a video game, and I was trying to put it out with bottled water. I did dream about having a PS4 one time before I got it though.
I get that Nagasa has to play the straightman, but she wasn’t very helpful this episode. Hopefully she does something next episode, else I don’t really understand what her contribution to the show is.
>>23522389>>23522396Yeah I'm wondering what hell that's about because she exists IRL. Unless the IRL we see is also a dream.
>>23522397>Gotchard did it right and you all disregarded it still even for that."Having decent insert songs/usage" isn't a one-way ticket to being a good show either.
>Oh God, this is gonna be my life for the next 50 episodes
>>23522372They haven’t explained how Nightmares are made yet, so they’re some leeway for the show to say “you have the solve the dreamer’s trauma before you can beat the badguy” or something.
>>23522404Never said you have to think its a good show for yourself. It's all subjective anyway so in my world, you're wrong. Just saying Gotchard brought it back and it's the one thing people forget about it.
>>23522406Yeah I'm fully expecting you can't just beat the punch the nightmare away.
I felt compelled to make this for some reason.
>>23522417Couldn't decide which one to use for this dumb thing.
>>23522419Made a cutout too just cuz
>>23522309>>23522355Better than the premiere, way more energetic and action-packed. I wasn't really that impressed with the fighting and special effects last time, as I've seen plenty of those tricks used before in these series to better effect. But the ones in this episode were wonderful; that chase scene is far more impressive than any chase we've gotten in Reiwa. The whole episode just pushes you into the action, which was great, and the comedy bits felt very natural, as if they were improvising most of their dialogue. This is the type of vibe I wanna see from this show as compared to the generic, bland tone of the pilot. The editing and pacing are a bit frenetic, and it makes it hard to take a lot of the information in a serious manner. But I'm not really expecting a great story from this writer anyway, so as long as I'm having fun with what's happening, I don't care. I don't even mind the cliffhanger, and I think a 3-episode arc to introduce the show is a good way to do so. 3 episodes would also count as an hour-long movie, and you could say that's inspired by spy films, making each 3-part case like Zeztz own movie adventures. The Showa sound effect for the bike was cool, but stop pretending this is classic Kamen Rider. This is like the third show in a row where they try to pretend these wild, crazy takes on the franchise are actually "true Kamen Rider" when no, they're not. Pokemon cards, walking, talking candies, and dream worlds where the MC has a belt through his chest are so far removed from Showa that there's no point pretending they're the same.
>>23522402I think her Nightmare took over her body. Zero said when that happens they never wake up. So dream Nemu could be the og and since IRL Nemu is popular she can show up in others dreams and act. (Possibly still be saved if she hasn't givin up on her dreams?) Or dream Nemu is the also the Nightmare and she shows up in others dreams to infect them and be popular idk.
>>23522419press x to doubt
>>23522419On second thought I should reduce some space for this one.
>>23522361>>23522373>>23522390It's an interesting premise until you remember this is a main cast member, and they're not gonna reveal he's a secret arsonist. The truth is gonna be that Nox and the Nightmares are exaggerating his feelings to cause chaos. He probably secretly hates his job despite being his dream, and some days he just wants to burn it all down and get away from it. Tons of people have those desires when they're unastisfied with their work. But it doesn't make those people secretly evil or criminals, just regular folk.
>not available to your countryof fucking course. is there anyone fansubbing Zeztz?
>>23522309damn it's out already? well shit. how is it compared to gavv? I never finished watching gavv
>>23522336Not until October for huehuehue
So is Nem evil? From what we know she appears in “everyone’s dream”
>>23522436It's grander in scale and action than Gavv, but it lacks the heart.
>>23522434This episode mentioned he got his position lowered at some point in the past, so that's certainly the reason he holds a grudge against the police in spite of it being his dream.
>Nem sees your Nem folder
>>23522428I'm thinking this might be what they go for too. Real question how long will Nem stay all mysterious before her deal is explained? Also I wanna know more about Baku's sister with the secret agent thing.
>>23522355Kinonuff said
>>23522435Just wait for the scrubs to come out on the cat site and download it as usual, anon.
>>23522448Should last the first quarter.
>>23522383Why is third scenario bad? It's the most normal and "boring" thing in takahashi's book.
It’s surreal getting to talk about a new Rider as it airs. Not having to wait for a good raw and fansubs after years of it being the norm is nice.
sex with Nemu-chan
>>23522457>>23522383Yeah, the issue with what Revice is that they had scenes in early episodes that make no sense when they turn around and try to say they were always good (like Vice laughing at Ikki's picture disappearing or early George clearly enjoying Hiromi's suffering). If those scenes didn't exist in the first place most people likely wouldn't be disappointed by the later reveals.
>>23522469In a dream right?
>>23522410>it's the one thing people forget about it.Anon it's literally brought up all the time as one of the few good things Gotchard did. Even though hardly anyone likes the show in the Gavv's threads multiple times people would talk about how they wanted proper insert songs again because Gotchard brought them back, when Minato was leaked as the producer having insert songs was seen as the only silver-lining and then when it was revealed that he wasn't the actual chief producer people kept saying that they hope Minato at least convinces Yanaka to do that.I really have to assume you're a shitposter for ignoring all that. Also I wonder who even did this insert song, since apparently the one done by BACK-ON's singer was the one from the first episode, it's weird that they're revealing the insert songs' names and artists a week later rather than a week before the episode like usual.
>>23522424>This is the type of vibe I wanna see from this show as compared to the generic, bland tone of the pilot. That’s interesting, I have the complete opposite opinion on the tone of this episode. Case 1 was way better.
>>23522469Sex with Nagumo
>>23522383The likeliest scenerios are 2 or something like Build where it gets revealed that the rival was actually mind-control. Apparently Nox was created by Takahashi to have a clear villain in the first half of the show before the plot kicks in hard since Yanaka's focus is world-building. But Yanaka was an AP for Build and ROGUE so I'm expecting him to pull a twist similar to that.
What's witty about having another man ride you...?
>>23522492>>23522383I just realized I have 0 reading comprehension and thought you were talking about Nox, sorry. What are the chances of Zero simply being part of Baku's subconscious and Baku is just some sort of sleeper agent?
>>23522494>anon has never had his friends ride him as a joke
>>23522355Pros: The series is genuinely way funnier than most other KRs are at their episode 2. That alone is more likely to keep the audience retention levels higher than other shows have performed in their pastCons: Bringing back the bike action was cool and all, but the actual choreography of the bike in those scenes was hardly impressive. Also>revealing the sword form already in just the second episode>protag doesn't get to actually use itThe power creep in this series is gonna be both headache inducing and highly amusing
>Secondary Rider is Wet Dream themed
>>23522436Gavv is good though.
She is so annoying
whats the go-to subgroup for this show or are they all just rips of official translations?
>>23522494>Be careful, Code Number 7. You did not say "No Homo." That sort of mistake will cost you dearly in the field.>気をつけろ、コードナンバー7。「ノーホモ」に言っていなかった。そのようなミスは仕事で大変になるさ。
>>23522540They are scrubs of the official translation, but the official translation is surprisingly good so I recommend either TokuScrub or Eternal Sleeper
>>23522546ty anon
>>23522481Some of those are my posts especially when I've been disappointed by Gavv's lack of them. All those get drowned by shitting on the show anyway. Less shitposting but more frustration.>>23522481>Also I wonder who even did this insert songThe credits confirmed it is Back-On's TEEDA and its the same song. Ep 1's might be an instrumental part or version of the full song. We only heard very little of it today. Like mentioned, I want to hear it in more episodes to see if it will follow Gotchard's way and we eventually grt multiple ones similar to it and Gozyuger.
>>23522389>>23522396>>23522402>>23522439Nem's described as a national idol who appears in commercials and various media, she does have a physical presence irl and she has the ability to travel to lucid dreams like Baku, which is the only way they get to interact (for now at least). They do say her true identity remains full of mystery, but I doubt she's evil given she's supposed to be the Heroine of the show.
>>23522544kek
>>23522400If I had to guess, the basic flow will be Baku showing up in a person's dream, deal with the havoc, tell Fujimi and Nagumo what happened, then Nagumo will track the person down and get whatever info she can on them, Fujimi pieces the info together as to how they're manifesting past issues into a Nightmare, then Baku takes care of the issue. She probably won't be especially useful or on-board with everything until they give her a Nightmare to be dealt with in the first few arcs of the show.
Ei subbed the second episode of the sister mini-series: https://nyaa.si/view/2019475
https://files.catbox.moe/8ovk5y.webm
>>23522640Where's the first episode?
>>23522659It was uploaded before, I forget if it was on /krg/ or the first episode thread but here: https://nyaa.si/view/2016972
Toei learned alot after filming Shin I’ll say that much. Alot of those lessons are shown in this episode and im genuinely impressed with the stunts and the hijacking.
>>23522355I liked the bike action, but it was also kinda flat. The tunnel was mostly just him getting closer to the van without actually making progress. the ending cliffhanger was also pretty fast, he's about to throw down with the nightmare then oops, can't fight now, you need an info dump.I really dug the humor this episode, zero's witty joke was top tier, everyone's way of clambering into the van, the dog poo bit, cop lady being incessantly put-upon, all of it was very charming. Speaking of charming, the constant doohickery fuckering in the dream base was also cool, all the secret panels and little buttons and knobs and dials.
Passionate lovemaking (with lots of kissing, cuddling, handholding and eye contact) with Rina Onuki.Passionate lovemaking (with lots of kissing, cuddling, handholding and eye contact) with Maho Horiguchi.Passionate lovemaking (with lots of kissing, cuddling, handholding and eye contact) with Miki Yagi.
this streaming shit is actually kind of ass if you can't catch it on the first cycle
>>23522819I can't watch the stream because it's region locked but shouldn't it be constantly looping at the moment? Also is the latinamerican version that actually stays on youtube blocked for people from the US?
>>23522834Yes but it loops right away. Not even a top and bottom of the hour thing. So you have to guess and wait.
>>23522840Just rewind it to the very beginning of the stream.
>>23522849damn, didn't know youtube lets you rewind while it's still going
>>23522849>>23522862Didn't realize they fixed the dumb set up from last week by enabling rewind. Did enough people complain about it being disabled during the first ep that they changed it or did they just fuck up last week?
>>23522874I don't know, I could already rewind the first episode by the next day after the premiere.
>>23522355It was an amazing episode. It was incredibly efficient with planting foreshadowing, mysteries(Nemu, Zero, Imouto, Dreamdude), worldbuilding, fleshing out characters and giving the audience the right expectations on what kind of rider show it's going to be. Kami's bringing his A game on the action and hilarity here. Not only was the warehouse fight a great showcase of Baku's abilities but they also gave consideration towards letting the MOTW use their powers for more than just attacking. That chase scene at the end was clearly them hooking Shin Kamen Rider fans into the franchise proper. You could hear them riffing a little off Iwasaki's tracks during the sequence and those quick cuts and shifting centers of attention was very reminiscent of Anno's style from the movie. Some people don't seem to be jiving with the sudden cliffhanger but I give it praise instead for using it to set stuff up as a hook for the next episode. It showed that defeating the MOTW isn't always going to be the end be all for the fights, hints that dream dude may not be entirely antagonistic, that dreams are more important than they seem and that the victims can have complicated motivations. Baku questioned the idea of the cop wanting to destroy the police but I say it's most likely a monkey paw thing by the MOTW so that cop can redeem himself by saving them. All in all it serves as a better onboarding point than the pilot to hook new viewers but at the same time what happened in the pilot needed to be set up first before could get in gear with this one. I'd really like to see if they have any production notes on the comedic moments of the episode because quite a bit of those physical gags seemed like ad-libs they came up with during shooting.
>>23522355Pros>Baku a cute and I love him>good comedy, especially the witty joke moment>chase scene was cool and the stunts with the truck were amazing>the form change was unobtrusive>the way Baku has a different personality when transformed feels very early Heisei Cons>some of the CGI looked shit>there should have been more of a fight before the cliffhangerSide note, Nem must have the least screentime of any main heroine so far.
>>23522920Don't ever think for one second TOEI CGI gonna be better, that's the one thing they can never get it right.
>>23522434>>23522441Its probably some combination of this. One thing to note is >He probably secretly hates his job despite being his dream>he holds a grudge against the police in spite of it being his dream. He tells Nagumo being a cop WAS his dream. Not IS. Some shit happened and its torn down his dream and faith in the cops.Nox is probably taking advantage of that to create the Bomber, and Fujimi's arc is gonna be him getting over this despair of his.
Did you guys prefer the Teleport Henshin or the Bike Henshin scene?
>>23523008Both.
>>23522561She could still start out as evil or unintentionally causing people to be obsessed with her by lucid dreaming and still be the heroine.>>23522905I am just burned by shows like Wizard and Build which did them often and to the shows detriment. >>23522920I like that she has a looming presence right now. Better to build her up than have her be a main player right away.
>>23522309Wouldn't it have been easier to call him Kamen Rider ZZZ (Zees, or Z's)? Calling him Zeztz makes it sound like Zesty.Anyway, good stuff so far.
Did Shout getting a shorter next episode footage? Episode 3 preview is much longer on Japanese raw
>>23523030Where's the preview? Can you post it?
>>23523047no, just wait for the next episode and watch it blind
>>23523030That was always the case, broadcast has a shorter preview.
>>23523047NTA, but here's the preview from the youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wHAV_4gtl_E
>>23522355It was good. I love the Sully and Scully dynamic of the two cops, and the humor is great. I wasn't expecting Zetz to be as funny as it is, and a good part of that is thanks to the performances. I don't mind the cliffhanger, but I really don't like the credits being placed on top of the fight scenes; they are way too intrusive, in my opinion. My only complaint is that, for being set in a dream, the car chase was extremely pedestrian. They didn't utilize the concept to its fullest during the scene, but I know it was most likely due to budget.
>>23523047Someone on youtube post the longer one from japanese raw>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j4a_acojTD8>>23523061What I'm trying to said is how come Shout use shorter previews?>>23523063This one is shorter
Will we see more Agents as Kamen Riders down the line? Obviously Nox is one and probably Takahashi's Genm/Thouser for Zeztz.
>>23523123Who says Nox isn’t the Genm/Thouser this time?
>>23523202I hope not. Thouser was a pathetic loser and Genm while could be entertaining at times depending on who he was with but he stopped being a character and was just the same joke over and over again.
>>23523122Those extended previews aren't from the raws, this has always been a thing. Episode previews are always 15 seconds on the episode itself and then they release a 30 second on TTFC. Bandai used to upload these extended previews on youtube until Gavv where an intern fucked up and uploaded the preview of the episode after, revealing Bake earlier.
>>23523123Nox will become the secondary rider at the start of Q2 but also he's the main villain for the first half which makes it confusing.Basically, he's more of a what if Horobi from Zero-One was the secondary Rider instead of Vulcan
Wow. The writers really blew their load early, wasting a twist like this on some rando.
>>23523376imagine thinking that's some big twist
I don't know if it's just a joke or possible foreshadowing, but Zero commands the Nightmare from the first episode to "finish it already" by the end of the Transformation Course. It was already weird that the first Nightmare just randomly targets him and pushes him into becoming a Kamen Rider, so adding to this just makes me think that, at the very least, the first Nightmare was under Zero's payroll, targeting the main character to become Zeztz.
>>23523230Anon, I watched the TVer version which using broadcast masters and the extended preview is there.
>>23523409The Transformation Courses aren't usually canon.
>>23523376It's not a big twist, it's the basic premise for the kaijin of this season
Now that we know that nightmares are, at least partially, based on the subconscious of it's victims, the what does that make the gun nightmare from baku in the 1st episode? It's only objective was killing baku, is that to imply that baku doesn't truly want to live his current life, maybe even being suicidal, or simply because he needs to kill him to take over his body?
>>23523504probably from the self loathing of being a neet, not being able to accomplish his dreams, and a twisted version of the agent fantasy, since his dream prior was a shoot up.
Does this remind anyone else a bit of ID invaded? With the whole figuring out whose dream this is and Nemu-chan kinda being like kaeru-chan.Or am I just reaching here?
>>23523233Nox is too ugly to be a secondary
>>23523504Maybe his repressed desire was to go full Punisher on real life villains?
>>23523601That would mean Baku sees himself as a villain. Since the gun kaijin was specifically targeting him.Episode 2 showed how what the kaijin go after comes from the dreamer. Fujimi's problems with the police manifested in the kaijin trying to bomb the police department.I think this anon >>23523532 probably has the right of it.
>>23523625I think that's a fair point.
>>23523534Nope. I was immediately reminded of it when details were coming out. I was even hoping there'd be a Bakuido persona split between dream and real Baku.
>>23523534>Or am I just reaching here? You aren't, Zeztz is goslingcore just like ID:Invaded
>>23522355Just finished it, that was an amazing second episode, I'm scared of how much the quality will dip from episode 4 onward once we have episodes that aren't directed by kami.I really like the dynamics Baku has with Zero and the cops but I'm afraid since it feels like he told the cops too much. Kenta Nitta's stunts as Zeztz were way better than the first episode, the bike action was also top-notch but I have to wonder just how expensive it was and how much of it are we actually going to get.
>>23522389>>23522428I don't feel like Nemu will be a villain, but that's a possibility, I see it more like she has the same powers or stronger than MC but she can't conciously fight the nightmares.Maybe she is the agent that scouts out other people's dreams and warns the organization, and as a bonus she became famous or vice versa.I'd say she has a big chance of becoming a female rider.
I quite like the Transform form better than the main one. The red gauntlets make it for me
>>23523879Because Nigo is better than Ichigo and the way the power of his veins concentrate on specifics parts of his body draining their color makes them closer to the silver lines the original 2 riders have
Did TokuScrubs suddenly drop the show, how come they haven't uploaded a softsub release with the better raws yet
>>23523876If she was a agent she would have no reason to arrest Baku. It is likely that she can lucid dream but doesn't realize the Nightmares are real or affecting reality. Her learning to use dreams to help others and not her career will probably be her arc.
>>23523887you aren't owed subs within 24 hours of airing
>>23523889>If she was a agent she would have no reason to arrest Baku.if she wasn't a "sleeper agent" (the gags make themselves) that would be the case, but as I said I don't think she can lucid dream like MC, so she could be a sleeper agent, where the organization uses her ability to invade a whole nation's dream's in order to scout them at the same time
>>23523879I'm still not sure what the red form actually does cause shape shifting is also something the normal form can do.
>>23523923The main form doesn't shapeshift, his muscles just grow because it has super strength. This forms allows his arms and legs to shapeshift so he can do the spikes he did this episode, create weapons like hammers and blades and extend his limbs like Luna from W.
There is absolutely no way Zero isn't a nightmare taking over Baku's body or something close to that. His transformation isn't some sinister-looking black smoke for nothing.
>>23524004it will go nowhere just like turning into gavv seemingly hurt shouma or overexerted him went nowhere
>>23524046>just like turning into gavv seemingly hurt shouma or overexerted him went nowhereIt never overexerted him aside from Caking, it's just a painful transformation but that was obviously not going to go anywhere? Why would you focus on that rather than things like Liselle, Sachika's parallels with Lango or Suga that didn't actually go anywhere or were hardly explored? In this case even if they don't implicitly state why Baku's henshin is like that, they still need to address the origin of the Zeztz's belt and how its powers originate from evil due to the cross of fire rule.
>>23523902>but as I said I don't think she can lucid dream like MCThe character descriptions say she can travel to lucid dreams like Baku, and this episode shows she's aware that she's in a dream every time she does.
>>23524070>it's just a painful transformation but that was obviously not going to go anywhere?I would call you a conformist but it's clear you're just retarded. Also he went down on his knees in the Master Mode debut.>Sachika's parallels with LangoYeah, you're a drooling retard with Alzheimer's.
>>23524131Anon I legitimately cannot comprehend your complaint, Shouma's henshin is painful compared to everyone else because Hanto's and Lakia's Rider forms are just armors while the Granutes' kaijin forms are the true forms, meanwhile Shouma literally transforms his body because he obtained his Rider form by Dente operating on him, it's just a painful transformation that doesn't need to be dwelled upon because anyone watching the show can infer that. He fell on his knees on Master's debut because he was beaten up, that's why it never happens again, the only form that actually tires him out is Caking. The whole point between Sachika and Lango was that both of them are bosses with different philosophies, the show implicitly does this comparison, they just do nothing with it because Lango wasn't meant to live that long. And I don't know why you automatically assume Baku's henshin won't be explained when it can easily be explained by whatever his cross of fire rule equivalent is.
>>23523027That's what the name effectively is. It's three Zetto's so they called it Zets. They could've stylized it as ZZZ like they did OOO but I don't think it's a good idea to name the show you're trying to impress the west with after a snoring onomatopeia
>>23524162Anon don't reply to him, he's just a shitposter baiting to bring Gavv discussion/shitposts into a Zeztz episode thread
>>23522447she's probably seen worse in people's wet dreams
>>23524162>it's just a painful transformation that doesn't need to be dwelled upon because anyone watching the show can infer thatDon't make it constantly painful even after the reveal that it's surgery-based if it's not going to lead anywhere.>He fell on his knees on Master's debut because he was beaten upBeaten up by who? He only got hit once during the entire fight, and he was completely fine throughout the episode despite being beat up by Lango in the previous one.>The whole point between Sachika and Lango was that both of them are bosses with different philosophiesSorry, I thought you were the retard who kept insisting there was some sort of connection between Lango and Sachika because of that one scene where she "felt his presence", people kept telling him it was just to show Lango was intimidating but he kept bringing this shit up like he never got an answer. But this business parallelism you're talking about is way more implicit and indirect than Shouma's transformations taking a toll on his body, so it not being properly addressed is less of a glaring issue despite its potential.>>23524170Fuck you, faggot. I'm not even the first person he was replying to.
>>23524004>His transformation isn't some sinister-looking black smoke for nothing.>it will go nowhere just like turning into gavv seemingly hurt shouma or overexerted him went nowhereI just think of it as a cool aesthetic to remind you that Kamen Riders have the same power source as monsters. It's evil-looking but they're still heroes after all.I remember Heisei phase 1 having finishers like this, that it almost seems like they're in a "trance" and stopped being human for a sec.
>>23522309This episode felt really weirdly paced to me. I've never seen a Takahashi show before so I dont know if thats just typical of his shows or something to do with the simulcast but it felt really weird to me compared to the first.
>>23522434>>23522441>>23522978Wouldn't it make more sense that his desire is for the Nightmare to cause problems to prove it exists? He's been obsessed with Nightmares this whole time, but no one is taking him seriously.
>>23524550A Nightmare attack is also likely the reason he was demoted in the first place. No one believes it and the paranormal unit is likely just a place to send people the higher ups don't want to deal with.
Visions is so good. I need the full version so bad.
>still only the shitty yt rip on nyaa and no scrubswell that didn't last longstill not watching shitty yt rip
>>23524713Okay faggot, we'll get to work on your medal soon.
>>23523376retarded newfaggot
rap sounds like crap>>23522816is one of them the gyaru from gavv?
>>23524856>is one of them the gyaru from gavv? No, the only one of the three that's a returning actress is the cop who's Lopo from Geats
>>23524937hopefully she stays through the whole show. Geats went downhill for me after her departure.
>>23525426All 3 are main cast members and so far there's 0 information on them being Riders, so I assume all 3 will survive to the end, at most I could see Nem dying only to reveal that even though the Nem Baku has been interacting with was seemingly aware of all of this being a dream, she still wasn't the real Nem.
