I don't want the stereotypical love story nonsense with the designated hyper beautiful love interest

I prefer a realistic Manga about a bunch of misfit Bros all coming to together to make a tokusatsu. Men who love toku trying to make the best Toku.

Make them all weird looking and be outcasts from society and not fit in anywhere else.
