Watching Kuuga again, one thing that really struck me is that Kuuga literally no flashbacks. Like Yusuke's backstories, referencing previous ULF attacks, or just recounting previous episode events are all things you'd expect there'd be flashback scenes for but no.And despite that Kuuga still tells its stories pretty well.
