Bouncing back and forth from early heisei and later installments is kinda funny in the sense of death counts. Build has a couple named characters die and the vague background tragedy of war (before Evolt jacks the toll through the stratosphere) then Ryuuki is like 2 deaths per episode minimum, special mention to the train cars and ships that got eaten. Zero-One has been robots that just get replaced while Kuuga is literally keeping score. This thought brought to you by Den-O waiting till episode 2 to drop a lady in 12 seconds flat.
