Some intriguing Nem stuff, but it also reeks of late 2000s edgelord weeb storytelling with how Nox and Nem are portrayed. The enigmatic and poetic mastermind holds the naive and positive damsel for mysterious reasons. It feels so cliché and outdated for Kamen Rider. It's not horrible or anything, but it's not a storyline that particularly interests me. The tower Nightmare was also really ugly, like a Hibiki monster.The father also struck me as a complete creep in this whole two-parter. Despite this episode portraying him very sympathetically, the stuff he's done is completely psychotic and morbid. So it's odd he's just buddies with the MC.
