Marisa's Route has her dealing slightly more damage due to friendship bonuses.For support attackers, the strongest choices are Reimu (1.32x crit on Youkai) and Alice (1.3x crit), their finishers also have comparable base power.I dont have Yuuka's N+ stats but I was able to do about ~11k on NG H with Reimu lead/Marisa support. So she's kind of rough to beat but not impossible.
He's not hard, he's just annoyingly tough for this point of the game.
