I went to the UC Engage website to check, and it just says Amuro received the Rick Dijeh during 0090 (Before the Second Neo Zeon War is written on the side), and Char's challenge occurs during 0092.So Amuro would have had the Rick Dijeh around the same time Char was participating in the Minaret stuff with the two Dijehs...A case of Neo Zeon's hyper focus on NT just made the Sazabi Prototype pop out that quickly during Moon Gundam.

Amuro's hi visibility orange and gray custom colors are really nice and unique for MSV developments in that it'd still fit right into animated canon. Even if you would say that it is for improved mobility, you can do roughly the same thing with shield boosters.
