Hello everyone. My apologies for the lack of communication and delays on the next campaign release, but I have been trying to read through some novels while working to spruce up my narrative capabilities. I am not sure when I will be doing the final part of the Siegaxe (Gquuux/Ral) Campaign, but I recently recompiled most of the models for Gihrens Greed for anons to use and edit as they see fit.

With Halloween coming up, I would like to ask any anon's interested in recoloring Mobile Suit models from the game to show off their recolorations of the games suits. I do have a short campaign idea I want to run to get me back into the mood for writing (Since Titans Zeta and Titans Kamille were recently promoted for an event in Japan), along with wanting to test a few modifications on receiving certain suits in the Titans dev chart early, so Titans recolors of Federation suits would be welcome. The main one I have had some trouble trying to get right is the Zeta Gundam in proper Titan colors.

Legitimately huge work you have done, anon. I've been playing around with trying to figure out how to assign non-attackable neutral territories for an adaptation of Kamille's Titan campaign from Gundam vs Zeta Gundam, but this list would allow development of the Titans Zeta to be a thing anon's could trigger for the Titans. Since I understand the workings of the game a bit more, I would be interested in trying to rerun something similar in the future. Given Gihrens Translator did provide some modded models for EFSF Casval and masked Sayla, I did want to do an inversion of both being on opposing sides compared to canon. Without really stretching some logic, I can't see Sayla being able to pull of the Red Comet thing.

Sayla is a good pilot but not char tier, I think if she was the one trying to get revenge on the zabis she would probably get close to garma to get within range of the rest of them. Hell garma, dozle, and gihren all have a thing for hot blondes so maybe she goes the black widow route.

Considering as of August 0079 or whenever MSG's first episode airs Sayla has zero piloting experience, it's hard to imagine her passing as Zeon's main ace. Could be like a Katejina situation at best? Or else just retcon her having much more combat experience in the early part of the war.

It depends how you frame it. If Sayla was the one who went back to zeon while char remained and wound up working on the white base, she'd be the one getting the early combat experience and I can easily see her becoming an ace before the start of MSG. Not sure how that would pan out but it's not impossible.

Kamille is a man who runs at least 40% purely off of spite all that really needs to change for Kamille to throw in with the Titans is for Jerid to not be an ass to him and for the crew of the Radish be asses to him instead. Then from there any number of minor changes could be the spark to get him to start shooting the AEUG during the hostage trade as long as the Titan's don't break his mother's pod.

Personally, the funniest way to get this ball rolling is for Jerid to not realize Kamille isn't a girl and starts hitting on him and Fa in such a way that he manages to spin it into a "hey kid look at how cool the Titans are moment wanna take this state-of-the-art prototype for a spin?"

Nah Kamille's hatred of the Titans is baked in long before episode 1 of Zeta
In general he hates authoritarians. He is bitching about the Titans before he ever gets near the Mk. II
He also resents his father who he associates with the Titans
And he is a spacenoid... the policies of Bask and Jamitov make it so they are basically hated by spacenoids by default.
Titans Kamille would need, at the very least, AEUG to do something seriously fucked for Kamille to just instinctively side against them, maybe the raid on Green Noa 2 is a complete debacle where Quattro's team end up mostly killing civilians and at the same time none of the Titans (by which I basically mean that MP and Jerid) do anything explicitly bad against Kamille

I don't think he's actively fuck the Titans in the slightest at the start of the show just a general distain he has for everyone by default applying to the Titans as well is hatred of the Titans was really created by his fight with Jerid and then Matosh's treatment of him during his detainment those 2 back to back events really got him bent into his fuck the Titans attitude an initial line of events during the Gundamjack could easily lead him to not hating the Titans.
Minor changes during the Gundamjack are all that needs to be done for him to swap teams. Hell I can think up a series of events that leads to Kamile hating the AEUG and siding with the Titans to fuck them that spirals off of Jerid saying something different in their first meeting.

Wasn't that the basic plot for the Titans Kamille route of Gundam vs Zeta Gundam's campaign mode? It amounted to little more than reused assets and voice lines but the premise was that Kamille's mom became an unintended casualty of the Green Noa mission and he went to the Titans to seek revenge against the AEUG.
There was also a Titans Amuro route if you manage to keep Lalah alive during the OYW missions, where the premise was that she got taken in by the Federation so Amuro aligned himself with them to protect her. IIRC we had a run built off that premise, so I could see Titans Kamille working if enough story details are tweaked without altering his character too much.

I actually did extract some models for Thunderbolt from G Generation Eternals release of its storyline. If I ever do an adaptation of Thunderbolt, i'll need to find some donor characters to replace with Thunderbolts cast. Not to mention altering a suitable group of suits in something fitting for the Psycho Zaku. (Likely altering the R2 Johnny Ridden Zaku) It is certainly on my list of things to one day properly add and release for anons to play with. Cross Dimension and Sentinel were the ones I originally put the most focus on asking Gihrens Translator to help me add since their suits were already in the base Menace of Axis V.

I think a lot of them will end up respecting Kamille's ability to fight but find his constant willingness to point out how scummy they are especially grating except for Yazan, Yazan would fucking love a strong recruit who's got the balls to bite back and they share a similar enough reason for being in the Titans along with a hatred of the Titan's corrupter side I could see them bonding over.
Beyond that Kamile being in the Titans might drag Bright into them too. Kamile was actively trying to get Bright's autograph at the start of the show and if the two interact before Bright gives up on the EFF entirely he might stick around and rejoin military service just to keep the second coming of Amuro from being corrupted by the Titans. I could see him being handed an Alexandria and being sent on the quest for the Argama as a test of loyalty and to show he's still got it leading Kamille, Jerid, Kackricon and Emma/Lila in stopping the Mysterious Red Ace of the AEUG.

It's hard to say but Kamille could accidentally become a second char where a series of striking victories causing him to rise through the Titan ranks giving him increasing amounts of power and privileges in the organization. His high competence could lead to him carving his own sphere of influence.

In terms of character
*Jerid depends on what ball Copy X throws at us be could either be Jealous asshole or eventually become friends.
*Lila would probably be a good mentor for Kamille, would absorb all her knowledge like a sponge and stabilize his mental health. Kamille would probably have the option to prevent her death.
*Jamaican is always an asshole so probably still an asshole.
*Bask would be a wall we need to overcome since i doubt he will stop being a spacenoid genocideer.
*Kackricon is usually dead.
*Buran they would probably buttheads since Kamille is an alien.
*Ben nothing really wrong with his he just carries out his duties and has the respect of his conscripted EF underlings.
*Mouar is attached to the hip to Jerid so not sure.
*Yazan would respect his combat skills.
*Scirocco would try to use him so they would probably eventually face off.

Mostly a lot of Cormac Mccarthy's works and finally got around to giving Asimov's early works a proper read. Really enjoyed No Country for Old Men. Blood Meridian has sparks of great moments, but it does get a bit monotonous after a certain point. Asimov's works are great for their content, though they can be quite dry to read through in large bursts. Honestly, I really need to try and improve my prose more than anything.

You're totally right. The only stories I clearly remember (from reading them like 15 years ago) are:
1. The one about a robot making a sort of flower-petal pattern around a radioactive crater with its treads because he's been ordered to go into it to retrieve something but has a strengthened self-preservation protocol (3rd Law of Robotics) that keeps kicking in when it gets too close, meaning it is just travelling around this crater forever
2. The one about a robot who was never activated before the spaceship it is on reached deep space, and quickly concludes there's no such thing as Earth or any other larger human settlements, and even starts gaslighting the human crew into believing these conspiracies and treating it like the true captain of the ship
There are a LOT of asimov stories and these two are the only clear ones in my mind. Very dry as a general rule, the second one I mentioned was quite extreme for his standards.

Kamille is a child heavily effected by the events the One Year War and the status quo, given his father is a mobile suit engineer, and because he's an incredibly powerful newtype. So of course he's going to get into these extremely horrific situations and be at the center of conflicts. It doesn't help that Kamille is prime experiment bait for any newtype lab out there.

The worst fate Kamille ever experienced in these runs is probably the Emperor Bright /m/SV run. Were he was sent to Murasame as a child met Anri only to lose her, became the lead researcher of Murasame were he eventually completely cracked from learning that Four could never return to being Anri. Craziest thing about that run though was how Kamille was probably one of the most important characters in the setting. Being the head of Murasame he developed an entire army of cyber newtypes for Jamitov, invented a ton of powerful technology like gene trackers and a serum that developed newtype powers, then handed it all to Axis Zeon on a silver platter. Which led to all manner of horrific cyber newtype cyborgs and a plague which was heavily mutating people into monsters.

In the end that Kamille completely degenerated, a delusional monster that made the world infinitely worse for everyone. And he got boned by Paptimus at least once which automatically makes it one of the worst fates for Kamille.

Copy X seems to have an immeasurable hard on for torturing Kamille whenever he can. Amuro and Judau have bad things happen to them in his runs but nothing to the scale of how immensely fucked Kamille ends up. From being experimented on to being literally and mentally fucked by Scirocco to full on being body snatched by Scirocco as well he always seems to be on the receiving end of something terrible. Just for once I would appreciate it if he could just retire in peace like in canon to be a doctor or if he could get to settle down with Four Rosammy and Fa. Kamille's canon plot beats make it extremely easy for /m/ to fuck up and send him on a path that is way fucking worse than canon. In the last run we finished he was actually looking to have a pretty good ending but we shunted back into a nearly cannon position after the fight at the laser and then lost him to Axis with the rest just being history. Basically for Kamille to not end up on a shitty path he needs to both be on our team and not have us follow anything remotely resembling the canon Zeta path because if we do we are going to fuck up and lose brain dead Kamille in the ZZ era every fucking time.

It becomes a moral question - the moral thing to do right by Machu is to NEVER use the friendship beam so she can return to full mental capacity ASAP. But that's gonna be our number one way to recruit certain people.
All I have tried to stress so far is that Machu's mental score ticks up VERY SLOWLY over time, we cannot just use it on any retard we come across to recruit them. It has to be reserved for high value targets, maybe only a couple of people in the whole run, focusing on those who are weak-willed and won't cost much to flip, yet have high piloting ability (for example Emma who canonically switches sides and almost survives the whole war in a Mk. II fighting ridiculous Titans prototype suits, or possibly a Puru).
I have a feeling Jerid might be a good pull as well, he isn't actually that ideologically aligned with the Titans, it was just a way to climb the ladder for him.
Even if we got the chance to friendship beam a major target like Char or Nyaan, I'm guessing the cost would be so high it would guarantee we will never recover Machu's mind

Part of the thing that Copy does, is he gives /m/ a chance to second guess themselves. If you look at the original X runs, no such chance, because it was pure mechanics. Zero ran a more narrative focused campaign but he also basically gave /m/ a choice and then didn't give them a chance to fuck it up (And we still almost enacted Newtype Authoritarian Utopia with Psyco Knights) The other DMs all tend to either let /m/ have leeway, or to give them only mechanical choices.

Copy lets you make a choice, then asks if you're sure, then asks if you're really sure... and /m/ will, inevitably, turn on itself.

I don't think we would get a "good-aligned Bask". We would just get same old evil Bask but on our payroll, committing atrocities in our name. I haven't played Gihren's Greed myself but I know it's like a point of humour to players that literally every time Bask gives advice in the Titans campaign, the better option is to ignore him. He'll be trying to nuke our own colonies, gas civilians, do colony drops, develop cyber-newtypes etc. he'll just do it for us instead, forcing us to either take the hits to alignment and general reputation or shut him down.
Of course we really don't know for sure how Machu's power works until we see it, is it like a concentrated form of a normal Newtype connection or is it straight up mind hacking.

is there a guide on how to edit stats? Some of the stats for the custom characters seem kinda off. Like Ford Romfellows stats are kinda ass even though he's a damn strong oldtype pilot in canon while Mallet's stats are high as fuck even starting out.

When me and Gihren's Translator were originally tinkering with how to properly adjust stats I didn't have a proper roadmap of how to balance properly back then. Personally I edit the stats directly in the memory viewer since setting up cheats can be a bit of a hassle. The way I usually do it is as follows-

>Step 1: Press CTRL + M while in game to open the memory viewer
>Step 2: Double click on (User Memory) and once you are on the following screen, click on the first dot on the right side
>Step 3: Press CTRL + F and enter the name of the character you want to adjust

As for how to adjust their stats when you find the character, go to the line below their name. Here are the lines with values to be adjusted (some I will not mention since it can bugger the game if the wrong ones are adjusted)

Line 2: Rank. Ranged from values 00 (No rank) to 0C (Admiral)
Line 3: Medals. Don't have the exact value, but the larger the hex value, the more promotion medals added.
Line 4: Level. Ranges from 00 (E) to 05 (S)
Line 5: Current Newtype level. Ranges from 00 to 05.
Line 6: Newtype awakening level. Ranges from 00 to 05. The higher the level, the higher the level needed to become a Newtype.
Line 7: Charisma
Line 8: Leadership
Line 9: Endurance
Line 10: Melee
Line 11: Ranged
Line 12: Reflex
Line 7 to 12 range from 00 to 14 (20)
Lines 13 to 16 determine how many stat points increase per level, but I don't have the exact data in front of me right now. I'll post more on that when I have some rest.

[NOTE]

These stat adjustments will only remain so long as you are using save states. reloading a save will reset all of them to base values.

As previously mentioned in the thread, I plan to run a special campaign based off of the Gundam vs Zeta Gundam scenario for Titans Kamille. I should note that scenario will deviate from the original Zeta Canon since Amuro is active immediately at Green Noa, so the event chart in the game will also be modified to account for that.

The game would be almost completely from Kamilles perspective, with only a few grand strategy decisions being made available to the players. Almost all of the decisions will be about controlling Kamille's actions and what it would lead to for him. Might also adjust it so that only Kamille and anyone in his squadron would be playable, with everything else being run by the ingame AI.

Codenamed: "Palingenesia". Despite the age of the parts to make this machine, Its tuning at the hands of Amuro and the sponsor group that provided him its parts makes it more than a match for just about anything the Titans have available initially.

That's cool. I am actually a huge fan of that part of Zeta where Amuro is literally too afraid to get inside a mobile suit. Once he finally forces himself to do it, muscle memory takes over and he's back to performing like an ace before long. Being stuck in a Dijeh seemed thematically fitting for Amuro not fully comfortable with the idea of fighting again, not being convinced what he was doing was right, since it has design elements from both Federation and Zeon designs.
