All three main Riders contribute to the overall plot for basically the entire show and don't lose relevance once their personal arcs are wrapped up because they carry through and tie into the main plot. Yeah, there are points where they're either taken out of commission (e.g. Ryo fucking dying) or aren't as important to the specific plot/arc of the week, but they're always present and doing something. The same can't be said for a number of supporting Riders.
