It's a novelty, I'll give it that much. It might as well be in a completely different continuity than the rest of UC and the whole thing kind of feels like the people working on it were trying to make an extremely low budget TV remake of Star Wars. Which isn't to say I don't appreciate the effort, but, let's be real.
