>>23646994>Ribbon's death feels rushedI feel like Ribbon was planned to die shortly (they delayed that "Bouquet kinda has an inclination that Rikuo is Gozyu Leon" plot thread for a long time probably because she won't have a reason to be mad at him other than "yeah, we didn't really tell each other's identity") but, with the Sumino, the couple of episodes where she's to be featured prominently got cut down because it happens on the Sumino-centric episode.

Now it looks like they are shifting for Sumino and Ryugi, but I really hope they add some Sumipyo and Grandkin before the series ends.

>>23647823Like really if Kyuranger had been great it might have saved Sentai, if Mochizuki wasn't afraid of doing a show similar to Go-Busters and Kobayashi hadn't recommend Mouri and Shimoyama we wouldn't be in this situationKobayashi is my favorite tokusatsu writer of all time but her retiring and leaving these two of all people as her successors is probably the worst thing that could have happened to Super Sentai, although even then Sentai's death probably would have been inevitable due to the decrease in quality of Power Rangers, the Bandai of America employee who betrayed the company and led Saban to sell the franchise to Hasbro and Bandai for some reason being extremely bad at designing toys for Sentai in spite of them being able to design good toys and mecha for other IPs.
