The link between early universal century technology and late universal century technology.

So, what did you think of Twilight Axis?

>So, what did you think of Twilight Axis?
Better than NT if only by being short.
>>
>>23657321
Unecessary and gay. These retarded throwbacks and "links" to other series don't even make sense. We already can see the evolution of the shelf nozzles on CV's own MS progression. These sloppy side stories are a sign of lack of creativity
>>
>>23657372
They're memberberries because japs love to clap whenever they recognize some reference

MSVs and expanding the universe was a big thing since right after the original series' run. It's not like something that only happened in later years for nostalgia. The Universal Century being this big expansive universe where there could be more going on beyond the protagonist's battle was part of the appeal that other robot shows at the time lacked.
>>
>>23657372
So you think Bright appearing from 0079 to Unicorn doesn't make sense? Why and how?
>>
>>23657321
Alright for what it was.
>>
>>23657321
Forced project by that one Korean animator at Banrise that was somewhat salvaged by novel and manga.
Failnaught in particular is pretty cool.
>>
>>23660592
Other way around tard. It was a light novel project by Sunrise, and the web animation was a promo for the LN.
>>
>>23660599
No, it wasn't you fucking tard. Before you try educating, try getting your own shit right first, dumbass.

>Kim: Actually, the plans for the anime were decided first, with the novel following after.

>Taniguchi: Yeah, it’s an anime original. The body of the story was written up as a prototype by Ark Performance for the anime and novel used that as their base.

>— Really? I was sure the novel came first.

>Kim: I received several of Ark Performance’s prototypes and wrote the scenario while drawing up the storyboards. Once the storyboards were done, we decided to create a novel too. Opposite of the usual flow, the book referred to the anime’s battles. In this way, the anime production wasn’t held down by constraints of the novel.

Fucking useless waste of O2 you are.

Fuck off fag

Only Tomino anime matters.

If you think someone is going to go to the effort to fabricate three interviews, you need to go chew on some fucking grass because you're so far up your own arse it's not even funny. They list the source in the first interview. Sorry another random anon corrected your retarded ass

Wouldn't be the first time. Show me the raw scans fag

Hi Deacon!
>>
>>23662893
wouldn't he be the one making up stuff though?
>>
>>23657415
Except these are retroactive designs that are nonsensical. MSVs usually expand the designs or feature unused alternate designs and not hamfist retarded links in between. This is more of a trend that started with 0083 when they need to start putting new designs in-between timeline and try to pretend it made sense
>>
>>23663209
What makes the explanation provided nonsensical?
>>
>>23662893
2025 and people think the fag still posts here.

>>23662908
Isn't he anti-bullshit? Like foaming at the mouth type?

>>23663209
But it's not? THere were loads more MSV before 0083 was a thing, and 0083 didn't even start that trend...
>>
>>23663722
MSVs did not add designs retroactively until around the time 0083 was made. Did you not read what I wrote?
>>
>>23663217
The F91 materials never mentioned anything about shelf nozzles being based on any previous designs. The CV MSs progressively incorporating more complex shelf nozzles on their subsequent designs and the complete lack of similar designs on the Fed side heavily implies they were an unique proprietary development. At the very least they should use the Berga Dalas backpack to make this more believable, yet they went straight for the Vigna Ghina instead which was already second generation CV design.
>>
>>23663833
The original MSV line were literal fucking retroactive design additions. How stupid are you?
>>
>>23663834
This is a unique proprietary development of the same concern that would develop CV MS and not going for a more complex design right away can be explained by trying an original design for their miniaturized mobile suits before going back to a more complex one.
>>
>>23663960
>Design by the same designer for the same period with the same art style
>Retroactive
Do you even know what that word means? The Alex and GP series are retroactive designs. MSV and MSX are expansions and additional designs.
>>
>>23664351
Of course you can explain it away, like how the GP series were super advanced prototypes with features from Zeta but all the data were just deleted because of muh conspiracy and never mentioned again anywhere
>>
>>23657321
I like it, but I thought MS miniaturization tech predated shelf nozzles
>>
>>23665172
GP series was nothing special except for GP03 in mobile armor form. Char even looks at rebuilt GP02 in Define and calls it an outdated piece of crap.
>>
>>23665788
GP02 also had a very specific purpose compared to the other GP units. Maybe the idea was something which was modular in a way, and you could have various different outer bodies built off the same basic inner frame, like the 1st-gen GAT suits in Seed
>>
>>23665877
It wasn't general purpose, but it generally was on the same tech level.
The point is, they weren't THAT advanced and their data was semi-openly used for creation of Gryps era stuff anyway. In all honesty, Alex for its time was way more impressive.
